Small room but had everything I needed. Nice hotel.

A little disappointed by the quality of the property as it was a little outdated and the linens not fully clean. I stayed for one night and though it was adequate i have paid the same amount for better quality in Milan city centre. Pros: staff were helpful, the breakfast was simple but good, the air con was quiet. Adequate for one night

Quiet hotel close to via torino

The place overall is great, unfortunately for us there was a few issues. The room we stayed in was quite small very odd shaped room. The first night we got to our room the air conditioner didn't work. Seems it was a problem for many others as a few guests were in the lobby as well. The manager for the night left early and didn't seem to care to fix the problem. Then their elevator broke for two days. Then the AC got fixed, but the 2nd night it leaked all night actually damaging some of our clothing as it leaked all over it all night. I don't feel they were the best at customer service. I wouldn't stay here again.

Good location, fantastic breakfast, nice room. Fire alarm went off twice in the early morning while we were there and young guy at reception not helpful. Other staff fabulous.

Cool hotel with nice amenities. The staff was kind and multilingual, and the breakfast was good.

Excellent attention

Breakfast should be included in all night rates. Not a cheap hotel to don’t have breakfast included.

nice location, 10 min away from nearest metro. rooms did have a smokey smell
