Extremely convenient for the train station. Pricing was good too.

The staff did a great job with the Complimentary Breakfast. There was a variety and it was tasty and satisfying. They greeted me every morning --- those at the front desk and those at the breakfast bar. The cleaning staff did their job and they did it professionally. Hotel Cristallo is a two minute walk from train station. I have absolutely no complaints or concerns about this hotel. I will stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Location is conveniently located very near the train station although it is not in the prettiest part of town. Easy to walk to the center for sites. No air conditioning, but I don't usually expect that in Italy as I live here and understand. Small room, but clean and comfortable. Perfectly fine breakfast included.

We chose the hotel because is very close to the train station. There is no elevator but the desk person very willing carried our baggage. Room was clean but more like a dorm room. The area does have a few restaurants within walking distance. It served our purpose for one night. There is a hotel directly across the street that looks much better but sure on price.

The location of this hotel couldn't be more convenient. It is only a short walk from the train and metro stations so it's perfect for moving about the town. The hotel staff was wonderful. They were very helpful courteous. You can leave your bags at the reception after check out for a few hours without any problems.

Walking distance to the train station and the city center. The room was clean and fresh. It has a small work desk. Bare walls and not sure if the AC is controlled by the front desk. I could not find the remote control. Since it was cold outside I just open the one window in my room. The free breakfast is not the greatest, they had fruits, pastry cofffee, juice cereal 2 types of cold cuts and one type of cheese and some crackers., the worst part is WIFI.. it keeps on kicking you out and sometimes they don't have wifi and the most irritating is when you reconnect you have to login your username snd PW. The staff is friendly and helpful. The signage outside the hotel could use some new paint.

It was good everything is ok

The Cristallo is very close to the station and easy to find. Staff are friendly and efficient. The lounge area and breakfast room are very good. The decor of the single room that I had was rather dated but was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with all the usual choices available.

The hotel is VERY near the station .. walk up the road that leaves diagonally left from the station .. the Cristallo appears within 90 seconds

Stayed for 1 night. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room needs some renovation (blinking light in bathroom), but overall ok. The breakfast was ok.

Wonderful place to see all historical sights. Short bus ride to see Mille Migle Museum

Stayed 2 nights for a rugby game in nearby calvisano good access to trains and most of our party said a bit to close as you could hear everything stn announcer was saying from 0500 ,apart from that a nice compact base,nice breakfast and great staff .

Location was okay, situated very close to the train station but maybe not the best area to hang around late at night. For the price I'd say the accomodation was alright. Basic but acceptable. If you're dependant on WiFi mine was incredibly slow and barely usable from inside my room.

If you don't have a car, this hotel is ideal choice! Hundred meters from train station and 10 min to the city center. Staff is great, polite and friendly. Breakfast is ok, ordinary and accepted for this cost. Room is simple and enough comfortable.
