Was good

We had a pleasant stay. Everything was great.

All staff were wonderful. Friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast was lovely. The whole accommodation was very clean and tidy throughout. Walls are a bit thin! Could hear people speaking in the room next door. Location is great, close to public transport and walking distance to the lake/shops/restaurants. Lovely hotel.

Spot on

Lovey room, clean. Bed comfortable, shower not brilliant and bathroom a bit cramped. Great location and there is hotel parking at a reasonable charge.

Nice and cozy. Best option for short stay

It was a good hotel convenient for Lake Garda and the Stadio Tre Stelle. The only issue I had was the most convenient power socket in my room didn't work. Once I realised that and pointed it out the staff arranged for an electrician to fix it - unfortunately too late for my trip but the other socket worked so I was able to charge my phone and download my boarding pass for my flight home.

Friendly service. The receptionist / bar keeper was welcoming and went out of his way to show us our room and the breakfast room. He also recommended local restuarants to try. We wanted to try Grappa when we returned after our meal and he explained the different types and recommended one based on taste in wine. On departure, the owner was on reception and explained the Ferrari theme in the bar and breakfast room. I would definitely use this hotel again. Location is ideal - about 10 minutes from the railway station and a quiet location about 3 minutes from the ferry terminal and harbour.

Great location, clean room, about 45” smart TV, fridge, great breakfast.

The location was perfect and within walking distance of the center. The breakfast buffet was very filling with many options. The only thing is the air conditioning wasn’t cold and therefore had to sleep with no blankets, also the beds are very very firm.

A long time since my last stay a City, just as good as ever!!

My friends & I loved this hotel! It was clean & comfortable & in a great location; & the staff was excellent. Max & his colleagues were very helpful, & Max was kind, helpful, & patient & went above & beyond the call of duty in helping us.

I returned to Hotel City after over 2 0years. Still wonderful with the same family running it. Its a lovely hotel in a beautiful place, I would recommend it to anyone
