Very complicated access

excellent staff, very helpful

Old and not very well taken care of

The best characteristic about this hotel is also it's worst facet, it's location. The location is right in the heart of the town, easily walkable around town. That's why we selected it; however, there are also bars right out front and loud and screaming teenagers woke us up at 2am more than once during our stay. One time the police was the only thing to break it up. Rooms are simple but clean, nice balcony, breakfast is also simple but satisfying.

Good location . Close to shops and restaurants and ski bus . Jacuzzi not working and this wasn’t told on booking or disclosed . The boot room was cold no seats and cobwebs everywhere so didn’t use . The cleaners were lovely and kind . The kitchen lady for breakfast was rude and unhelpful . . I wouldn’t stay again

Room was basic in terms of condition and fittings. Staff helpful.

The property rooms look NOTHING like the rooms pictured on Expedia. Beds were extremely uncomfortable—we could not sleep. The last night of our stay, the price shot up to $1710, from $700. The loud noise outside lasted until 5am—including fireworks. Alessandro was wonderful, but the owner would not budge on refunding for very poor conditions. One star. So expensive for hostel-like rooms. Requesting refund from Expedia for false advertising.

One of the guys at front desk is not friendly.

It was a little hard to find due to the amount of construction. I called the hotel and they helped guide us there. The Owner/Manager was very helpful. The breakfast was good too. The room was a comfortable size. There were three of us. Our room had the extra bed off to the side in it's own space.

Location was perfect for walking to restaurants & bus station. Friendly staff.

The location is excellent.

The young woman at the registration desk is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a balcony but the whole town is impacted by Winter Olympics construction so we had a construction site view.

The staff was great, hotel was clean, breakfast was very good but the hotel is a little out dated. A bar fridge and small lights in the room would be great. The construction around the hotel is an inconvenient. The hotel should give instruction on how to get to hotel since the road to the hotel is closed

Beautiful room, very clean & so affordable.

Cosy and quaint hotel, but slightly let down by construction work being done opposite the hotel which started as early as 7am.

Wonderful breakfast

The hotel met our needs very well and the manager was excellent. He was very helpful with settling in, information on restaurants and any other needs that we had. He was also engaging, charming and energetic. The knocks that we have are only because of all the construction for the upcoming Olympics ( parking, rerouting of walkways, street closures) so somewhat unjustified
