Camera familiare molto spaziosa, spazio piscine termali bellissimo

Hotel staff was courteous and polite. Accommodations are comfortable. The spa is rejuvenating. Wonderful rest and recuperation

I arrived late night by myself to Marco Polo airport. I took a 3-day trip from Germany to visit friends in Vicenza. I called the Hotel upon arriving at 9pm. I asked the Hotel attendant to provide me a shuttle to the Hotel. It's an International Hotel, but the attendant's English was terrible. I was only able to follow key words. He told me, it was impossible. After twenty minutes of trying to figure out the cheapest way to get from Marco Polo airport to the Hotel in Abado Terme (in the middle of nowhere). I decided to pay for a bus and then a cab. I arrived at the Hotel at 1am. Absolutely bizarrely! The attendant tried to keep my U.S. State ID overnight. I said, I need my ID, please put me in the system now. The attendant said okay, "but it would take ten minutes." I said that was fine. He typed me in, and it literally took 43 seconds and he gave me back my ID. I went upstairs to my room. A GIANT BUG GREETED ME ON THE BED! Not joking. And above the door was a big Crucifix. I wish Hotels.com allowed for uploading of pictures, because I am not joking. I was done. I was so scared, I placed a both of the chairs in the room behind the main door and the adjoining door. I then went to sleep, in a room where the airconditioning system didn't work. Cut to checkout. “Sir, please speak slowly. This is not America.” I took a bus (3 euros) and then a cab to the airport (75 euros). Their shuttle is a giant bus that is really only for groups.

La struttura è discretamente vecchia, specialmente le stanze del 7° piano.

Spa bellissima. Camera nuova molto confortevole. Cambierei i cuscini. Ottimo ristorante. Unico neo che porta a 4 stelle anziché 5, le vasche termali un pò troppo vecchie con incrostazioni gialle dovute proprio all'età non alla mancanza di pulizia e poche postazioni idromassaggio

Servizi generali non adeguati ad un 4 stelle. Piscine piccole per l'utenza e scomode in particolare d'inverno. Punti idromassaggio pochi. Colazione buona, cibo in generale discreto. Camere non così insonorizzate, materasso durissimo. Personale gentile, servizi generali molto anni 80.

Ho trascorso 2 notti in questo hotel,purtroppo il servizio del ristorante l’ho trovato disorganizzato…non me lo aspettavo da un hotel a 4 stelle!,x il resto tutto ok!

Soggiorno fantastico!La pulizia estrema,le piscine,il personale gentilissimo,la colazione fantastica,ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Appena siamo arrivati ci hanno accolti a braccia aperte molto disponibili ,check in veloce.Camera antiquata anche se ha tutti i servizi,il phone che allego la foto davvero inguardabile. Piscine confortevoli pochi idromassaggi ma siccome non era affilato si stava bene. Abbiamo preso con cena inclusa , e ne sono stato davvero soddisfatto mi sentivo un re ,viene dato un menu ma il personale è stato disponibile anche per altre scelte. Avrei preferito che le piscine venissero collegate. Colazione con poca scelta ,ma molto buono. Con Covid la sauna a pagamento. I massaggi e servizi dell’hotel troppo cari per esempio un massaggio normale costa 110

Decisamente positiva

Ho soggiornato 3 notti, ospitalità oltre la media, da sottolineare la gentilezza sia del personale al piano, sia del personale in sala e alla reception. Ottima la struttura delle piscine.
