A very convenient place to stay. I chose this location because I arrived at the Venice airport late and this way, I could get to sleep quickly. It worked out very well.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Rooms were small but clean.

Great hotel, location is ideal as very close to yrain and bus,starions. Clean, quiet spacious rooms and good breakfast.

Location was good. Parking easy. Inside the room you could hear everything. All the people in the hallway and water from other peoples bathrooms. The pillows were like cardboard. For one quick night it did the job. It was clean and nice. But zero soundproofing

Breakfast was good & also the bed comfortable. The exhaust in the bathroom was not functional & the tub has a crack - which I think the housekeeping needs to inform, else will never get corrected.

The rooms are simple and clean. One coffee pod provided. Basic toilet paper and tissue. AC or ventilation in room didn’t work. Convenient location. Parking on property available for an additional fee.

Our stay at the Carlton Hotel was very enjoyable. The staff were all extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable but perhaps could do with an armchair or two. The housekeeping was excellent. We would certainly stay there again.

Easy from station and into the city

The 4 star hotel is a joke. The inside is very old and outdated. The shower was so tiny you could barely turn around in it. The water in the shower turned from cold to hot. There was leftover bar soap in the shower from a previous guest, which made it clear that it wasn’t properly cleaned. The AC blasts on your head when you’re in bed. We had to close it completely, which made the room so hot. The lighting was very dim. Its only redeeming quality was the reception staff. They were nice and helpful. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

Room seemed clean but the smells of cigarettes or maybe the general smell of the room was unbearable. Receptionist was really great and provided us with a much better room (free upgrade). Area was a little sketchy but not unsafe.
