Incredible stay. The food was soooo good. I'm gluten free and the team did such an amazing job alternating items so I could have amazing food. I eat in some very nice restaurants and I can honestly say the quality, quality and flavours of the food was incredible. So well thought through and so much detail. All the staff were so friendly and due to the family nature of the hotel you feel like you're staying in a very lovely big home. I travelled on my own and they were so accommodating and made me feel so welcome. Great pool, sauna and relaxation rooms. Great location to either walk 5 minutes into San candido or get the regular bus into town or to the ski slopes. Would highly recommend and hope you have just as lovely stay as I did.

An amazing family-run hotel! The hotel is beautiful, with a great spa and lovely spacious rooms. The food was just incredible. Perfect location with the ski bus stopping right outside the hotel and a short walk to the town. All the staff were lovely and attentive too 🫶

I've never written a google review for a holiday stay before but we had such a lovely week at Parkhotel Sole Paradiso it is definitely warranted. We booked through Crystal Ski as a family of 4 (kids aged 12 and 16) for a weeks skiing. The area is beautiful and the hotel is situated alongside a pretty river on the way out of San Candido. Walking distance to town and ski slopes, with a free ski bus and rail service to other ski areas (we took the train to Kronplatz for a days skiing). The hotel is full of traditional Italian charm, the staff are delightful, professional and made us feel very welcome. The food is excellent, the chef obviously takes emense pride and care in creating beautiful dishes taking us on a culinary journey through the week! Although I was unfortunate to be hit on the slopes on New Years Day spending the night in hospital in San Candido, the hotel staff kindly organised pick up back to the hotel which was such an amazing help. Thank you for a lovely week, it really was a pleasure to experience your hospitality!

We have just spent a great week at this hotel. ( August 2025) We were a family of 7 having 2 rooms and the apparent which was ideal for a family with young children. The staff are really most obliging and lovely breakfast. The hotel has good facilities for children, a well equipped play room and outside play area as well as a good size indoor swimming pool. Although it appears to be in the country a foot path takes you into town and the bottom of the nearest cable car in 10 min walk. The area is also ideal for children as at the top of most cable cars there are very good play areas. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice old hotel redecorated. Big nice rooms and a great loby. Room 117 is great but the view from other balconies to the room is not so great ;) Restaurant could be better for a 4* hotel. Unfortunatelly our group had a bad experience with attempted burglary on the parking lot of the hotel.
