We have been to this hotel for the 4th time and we will definitely be back. The breakfast, the staff service, the cleaning, the location of the hotel and the rooftop pool are exactly what we are looking for.

We found our stay at the hotel Italia Palace to be faultless. The hotel is extremely well kept, very clean and modern and the staff are extremely professional and friendly. Highlights include a lovely pool area and terrace for drinks/meals, an excellent restaurant, a fabulous breakfast offering, large clean rooms and a great location. We were travelling with 3 kids under the age of 3 and found the hotel was great for kids! Particular thanks to Ivan and Rocco in the restaurant- very professional and extremely accommodating, thank you for making our stay so special!

Excellent hotel, all the staff are lovely and the rooms are in excellent condition. The food in the restaurants is excellent and the facilitues (pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room, gym) are all of a high standard. Laundry/ironing facility available with a turnaround of a couple of hours. Would have liked to have use of an iron and coffee and tea making facilitiy in the room. Room service really is needed for those of us tired from a long day out and who dont then want formal dining. I wasn't checking out until late so booked for another night but ended up checking out at 4pm because traffic at that time to Venice airport can be quite busy also with a hire car to return but staff failed to mention that there is an option to have late check out until 6pm for €25pp; would have liked to have been told this when i enquired with the hotel a few weeks before arriving or at check in/check out. Having said this its a great hotel with excellent leisure facilities made better by the hospitable staff.

Very nice hotel in Lignano Sabbiadoro, Italy. As a bonus got to see an air show performed by the Frecce Tricolori from the roof top terrace. The reserved beach area was also an added bonus to staying in this beautiful hotel. Hotel is located next to the walk-platz, with easy access to shopping and food. Jr Suite room was big and clean, breakfast was delicious.

Nice location near Venice. We had a great time, looking forward to comeback for a longer time.

Hotel con tutti i servizi di un 5*. Terrazza panoramica meravigliosa. Posizione comoda a Sabbiadoro. Sicuramente non ha il rapporto qualità prezzo di località internazionali come Dubai ma per Lignano non posso che consigliarlo caldamente!

Schönes Hotel. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Familienfreundlich im allgemeinen. Direkt im Herzen der Stadt. Parkplatz ist nicht direkt auf dem Hotelgelände. Der Hotelstrand leider euch etwas versetzt zum Hotel. Frühstück ist in Ordnung wenn auch wenig abwechslungsreich. Wir würden das Hotel empfehlen und wieder buchen.

Pobyt v hoteli Italia Palace sa nám veľmi páčil. Hotel má výbornú polohu na konci pešej promenády , je situovaný v relatívne tichej ulici. Hotel ponúka služby vysokej kvality. Boli sme veľmi spokojní a radi tento hotel znovu navštívime.

Arrivati in camera mancavano tutti i prodotti per lavarsi erano presenti solo saponette e 3 kit cucito. Ho dovuto chiamare la reception 2 volte per richiedere bagnoschiuma shampo e crema e mi sono stati portati solo quando sono andate in reception a lamentarmi dopo ore. Fra l'altro non viene fornita una crema per il corpo ne unbalsamo ma solo il bagnodoccia. I bicchieri porta spazzolini sono di plastica non usa e getta assolutamente anti igienici e erano entrambi sporchi, uno di rossetto impastato sul fondo e l'altro di dentifricio incrostato. Colazione scarsa, uova strapazzate cariche di olio o burro, brioche cattive. Personale reception scarsissimo mentre valido quello della sala colazioni e ristorante

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar wie erwartet ! Leider hat man keinen Einfluss auf andere Gäste die keine Rücksicht nehmen...... in der Suite über uns zum Beispiel!!! Da kann aber der Unterkunft Geber nichts dafür !! Sonst alles wunderbar !!
