Front desk is very kind and attentive. Always available to help. Rooms were cleaned everyday. A bit noisy since we were on the 1st floor by the front desk area so we could hear everything. But besides that it was a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was great, there were many options for food and drink so 10 euros for that was a great price. I would stay here again.

Everything was great

Breakfast was great but maybe some variety from one day to the next would be excellence. Cleaning staff were great. Front desk was helpful. I like the luggage holding so we were able to go and start our day even if cross hotel were able to hold our luggage free of charge.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast food was great and they ensure they got plenty of food supply.

This was a great stay! Most staff were amazing. The only complaint was it was difficult to get food ordered at their garden bar as staff were not out there or would walk by and not check in with the guests sitting there. The one time we did finally request to order the bar manager seemed irritated that we were requesting service. Otherwise the other staff were very friendly and food was just good. The room was small but was clean as was the property.

Hotel was not upkept the rugs in the hallways were old and dirty, walls in hallways had scrapes, breakfast terrible food , and rooms were not updated with walls having scratches and wood coming off bathroom walls

The front desk staff were kind and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, our overall experience was disappointing. The first room had a strong sewage odor, and while we were moved to another room, it had been heavily sprayed with air freshener to mask the same smell. It seems the hotel has an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed. The bartender at the garden bar also needs some tips on customer service — he was not friendly or attentive. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again

Everything fine, closes comun turistic areas

I stayed at the Cross Hotel with my two daughters at both the beginning and end of our trip, and it was a great experience both times. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better. It was very walkable with lots of great restaurants nearby and easy access to the Colosseum and other major sites. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it felt like a great home base for exploring the city. The only small suggestion I have is to bring your own blow dryer because the ones in the rooms aren’t the best. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
