The location was great near a metro station,the staff is awesome but didn’t get an upgrade I posted while there front desk called the room to tell me the room upgrade was 2 bottles of water that they left in the room for us.The room faced a very busy road it was noisy all day and night.

Rome was our last stop on our trip.... From the moment we checked into the Hotel Pacific we were amazed at the incredible professionalism of the staff .... The front desk was always occupied by a multilingual professional....truly the friendliest Hotel staff we encountered... They helped my wife book a short notice pedicure at a nice salon....they recommended Restaurants....they made sure as you returned to the Hotel every day that you stay was going well.....and OMG the breakfast is one of the finest in Europe. Perfectly located near the Vatican and Cipro station....it's the only Hotel who greeted you with an extensive map on arrival....explained the Rome metro.....and helped you plan everydays excursion....This was truly a wonderful staff that absolutely loves their job!!!!!! They took incredible care of us!!!! Best Hotel on our Itinerary.....So to every member of the staff....If I'm blessed to visit Rome again......I know where I'm staying.... Wonderful job!!!!!!! ...

It was an excellent stay. The staff is accommodating. The room was clean, especially the bathroom. Every time I book a hotel, I always check the bathroom first to see if it is clean. Overall, it's 10/10.

One of the best breakfast buffets in Europe. The nicest staff. There was an Afghan and also I believe Tunisian staff for breakfast who went above and beyond. The room is rather small, but who stays in their room when they’re in Rome?

My family and I had an awesome time there, it had a wonderful view of the Vatican and the Basilica from our balcony.. breakfast had a lot of selections very tasty food and a good selections of coffees and pastries as well. Definitely will stay there again. To my understanding they were being remodeled so, the phones didn't have instructions in how to dial out grom room to room or even reach front desk. That needs to improve other than that. It was a perfect vacations

Staff is really nice and the breakfast is outstanding 👌 25 minutes walking to Vatican so its better to get a taxi. The bed is very comfortable.

Of all my hotels this was my favorite- breakfast was at least five stars - I’d give it a ten if I could - the front desk was kind and helpful - I love this hotel
