Great location in Frascatti and easy to get to Rome.

Real nice location with a complete community aspect in the town of Frascati. Hotel was good, clean and quiet with a fantastic view, just to improve a tea/coffee facility or kettle in rooms would make it great

Beautiful historical buildings views, onsite restaurant was great morning hostess Rosy was a delight, good breakfast and close to everything walking. On street paid parking

My partner and I had an amazing experience! It worked perfectly as a home base for exploring Rome, with the train station only a three minute walk away and trains to Rome taking only 30 minutes. Also a great location for exploring Frascati itself, very easy to walk to all the restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the patio was so much bigger than we expected and had a lovely view! The included breakfast was also excellent. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodations near Rome.

I had a very good stay here . The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is comfortable and in a good location. It was early May , but I felt too warm in the room- asked the front desk about the AC that was turned off ( I had specifically booked the hotel with AC knowing I would not be comfortable in a warm room). They said they didn’t have it turned on for the season but promised to do it for me. I was pleasantly surprised when I came back to my room at night that the AC was working - the listened and accomodated my request . I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Frascatti.

Stay was excellent, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was great and the restraunt in the hotel was very good, I ate there both nights.

From now on, I’ll skip hotels in Rome and stay at this lovely place in Frascati.

Hotel was about 30 minutes ride from Roma Termini, and was right by the train station. Cute little town outside of Rome, and full of good spots to eat if you don’t want to eat in Rome! Very friendly staff, and very clean rooms. Get the balcony! You won’t regret it.

Pretty dated place with an apathetic staff

I've stayed here previously, and this is always a good option when staying in Frascati.

Great value and close to town. 5 minuet walk to multiple restaurants. Limited Breakfast included in my room rate. Staff was helpful and spoke enough English!
