Great location Nice staff

We checked in with the assistance of a wonderful Asian man. Very courteous and friendly. Not all the staff were as friendly. Our room was nice but there was a terrible smell like drains. We spoke to Italian man on reception who said it was cleaning products. It wasn't. We asked to be moved but he said the hotel was full :There were 3 tables occupied at breakfast. The room was clean however and the bed comfortable. When we checked out we saw the Asian receptionist man who said he would have moved us. On that basis we have to say the stay wasn't perfect.

It was absolutely a beautiful hotel! The room was gorgeous!

Breakfast was fresh but was always the same except for the pastries. The hotel is a little tired and needs refreshing but our room was large with a very comfortable bed with nice sheets. The location is perfect.

Staff all go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience! In Italy when it’s cooler weather, they control the AC and they feel you don’t need it. Most hotels do the same. I asked if there was anything they can do because I like sleeping with cold ac regardless of the temperature outside. He first said nothing could be done but somehow the ac started to cool. The location is safe and wonderful and close to everything, no need to drive. Love all of it!

Beautiful place, well maintained, lovely decorations, nice location, friendly staff and delicious breakfasts! Highly recommend!

Santa Margarita is a beautiful city full of charm. Hotel Jolanda added to that charm. The hotel was perfect! Beautiful room. Beautiful breakfast and steps away from the main area. Beautiful Hotel.

Good location small room

Convenient to Portofino

I would like to start this review with ... I was in awe when we went inside our room, it felt like 5 stars hotel, the room seemed like a picture taken from a home decorating magazine, room was furnished with very good taste. In the morning we had petite dejeuner and I felt like being in a very expensive hotel, there was nothing to dislike about this property, in fact I highly recommend it when visiting Santa Margherita Ligure

Very pleasant hotel

It was a short 10 minute walk from the train station and close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was decent with many options. The cappucino was not great but otherwise good place as a base to get to Cinque Terre and Portofino.

Amazing hotel , very kind staff. Excellent location abt 500 Mtr from the sea . We love the room and our stay was gorgeous!!
