Great choice for a short stay in SML. Ideally located for train station snd harbour. Attentive and helpful staff throughout my stay. Lovely reception, bar and breakfast area. Great buffet breakfast with large selection. Unfortunately I didn't get much sleep! The rooms are tightly packed together and the walls are very thin! You can hear every noise from adjacent tooms - conversations, toilets, movement, doors etc. So not good for a light sleeper.⁹

We had a perfect stay in Tigullio. We walked from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to the town/shopping. Everything was close and we were able to walk to get espressos every morning. Perfect location and staff were so welcoming and helped us out with amenities (iron & ironing boards) as we had a wedding nearby. Would 100% recommend to friends and stay here again!

This is a lovely place and only a short walk from the waterfront (not on the waterfront as the listing says). Parking in a side street was easy and it appeared to be safe. Staff were lovely and breakfast was great.

Service was very very good and staff membres are so nice. Rooftop is very enjoyable and quiet place. Breakfast very diverse and delicious. Home made pastries and cakes. All awsome. Kindness of staff remarkale.

Conveniently located 4 min walk from both waterfront and downtown. Also less than 10 min walk to train station.

The property needs to be renovated.

Lovely attentive staff, brilliant breakfast service, the corridors and carpets very dated. Ants in the room and shower/bathroom not well ventilated.

Our room showed serious sign of wear and tear Our sink faucet was replaced with a bidet faucet which would splash everywhere when opened. The hallway carpet are beyond cleaning and need to be removed. But the location is very good

Very personnable and caring staff. Small but well maintained, clean and everything we needed. Rate highly

The hotel was average with basic rooms and sadly the service wasn’t up to scratch. There were too many “no” to things we asked about. In particular the lady at reception can be quite rude and abrupt. On the plus side the staff at breakfast were super friendly.

Convenient location close to the center and beach of Santa Margherita.

Good location hard to park, street side room can be loud . Breakfast was great staff typical Italians.
