Spotless , friendly, attentive staff

Very nice hotel close to centre. Staff very informative and helpful. Finding parking near the hotel a bit difficult. However, they do have a bigger lot further away. You need to pay for parking.Don't let that put you off this hotel, it is a charming little hotel with very friendly staff.

Amazing and very welcoming.

I really loved our stay at Hotel Valentino. It's a relatively quick walk from the funiculare stazione and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect - not too far from anything and the views from our room exceeded our expectations

An unscheduled stay. Right in the heart of old town. Maria and the staff were immediately accommodating and helpful. An older hotel in the old town as expected. But a surprising highlight of our trip.

Excellent location in the old town. Walkable to everything in Orvieto. Delightful and helpful staff, charming room. Hotel has one parking spot in a modern garage a few blocks away. Otherwise, it is in a Zona a Traffico Limitato and hard to get to. Great value. Would definitely stay there again.

Great staff with a great welcome. Thanks to the strategic position in the heart of town gives access to many key sites within minutes. The staff really made us feel home! Highly recommended:)

Great hotel to stay at. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is great. Location is super. Close to mainstreet in Orvieto. Highly recommend it.

This place is the best place near the center of attractions. The staff was simply the best. Marie checked us in and was super friendly and accommodating giving us lots of information, covered parking is easy . Piero gave us good information about driving around the area including driving to Civito di Bagnoregio which we would never had seen otherwise.Geiar was and excellent host for breakfast and a super barista. We were so happy to find this place. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. If one is a XXL size the shower may be an issue, but it is typically European.

A nice basic hotel, very good for the price. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I arrived a couple of hours early, but was put into a room right away with no fuss. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Bathroom light was not working right, but that got fixed quickly. Very nice selection of pastries for the breakfast. Good coffee bar. Easy walking distance to all of the major attractions.

Valentino Hotel was a great choice! The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean with windows that open for fresh air. Bathroom was spotless. Beds were super comfy. The only thing missing was a teapot so you can have tea in your room before you head down for breakfast. Great experience. Highly recommend!

The room and breakfast were both excellent. Although it was a small hotel it compared favorably with many larger upscale places I have stayed. It was also conveniently situated both for the cathedral properties and for restaurants. It was really outstanding.

I liked this hotel be was not by the town square. The room was comfortable and the breakfast good. The cappuccino was delicious. I enjoyed the persons at the front desk. They spoke English and were helpful. Also this hotel has an elevator for higher floors. Good deal!

Great location one block from the main shopping street. Orvieto is a beautiful town on top of a hill and its all accessible by foot. Taxi or furnicular train takes you down to the rail station. Many things to see here. The hotel does not have a pool or sauna. Nice rooms with quiet AC or heat.Very clean. Bathroom is small with a phone booth size shower stall, no tub in my room. I had a room with two twin beds.

The Hotel Valentino was an easy, but a little bit long walk from the sites in Orvieto. The room was simple, but comfortable. The staff was outstanding. I would book this again.

This hotel offers very good value and is in a good location.

This hotel was smoky, terrible breakfast, very uncomfortable bed and pillows. My husband was sore for days! The only good thing was the pretty marble floors.

The staff was very warm and accomodating. Great location to everything in Orvietto. I felt like home staying there.
