I am a usual customer, but this time there was no heating at the hotel on the first night and the room temperature was 18C. To me that is unacceptable. I have requested additional electric heater, but it was not available. It was a rough night and for a 4 star hotel it is unacceptable to have such conditions.

The hotel is modern inside, roomy, very good hot water pressure, tasty breakfast options, and a friendly staff.

No ironing in your room was annoying.

Great location, wonderful apartment,clean convenient, spacious. Excellent staff, always ready to help with recommendations for the areas sites and attractions as well as great restaurants. Very friendly and kind particularly with our limited Italian vocabulary.

Breakfast was excellent and the hotel in general was very nice

They tried to charge me an additional day of parking. It was not pleasant. It was not the first time there that invoice was not correct

Room was a decent size, comfortable and had a pleasant view. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also good with a wide variety of food. We did ask for a quiet room if possible and unfortunately it turned out to be the opposite. Right next to the lift. Lots of noise also coming from the room above that did disrupt our sleep.

Parking and location was good. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Ferrara. Spacious room, great breakfast. Parking is a little tight in garage for larger cars.
