Parking for a fee, great location, great restaurant next door at Da Thomas.

Great hotel. Really nice staff and the building is really beautiful. Good array of facilities and great breakfast. Also conveniently located on the beach.

Really lovely hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, enough choice and wasnt ever busy when we went down. Extra points for twinnings tea and a tea pot!! Our only criticism was the very strange room decore (looked unfinished) and the awful rave music from the beach bar across the road (not the hotels fault) it just meant we either had to endure the music or close the balcony doors. Otherwise was a great hotel in a great location, near to a bus stop and the metromare. Took about 5mins on either of these to get into town. We would stay again.

Nice hotel great location fir the beach

Right on a beach, but further away from the Center of Rimini. Tiny room and tiny balcony. One day they had a problem with beach towels, so we didn't get them until afternoon. The hotel may introduce incentives for people that keep the beach towels through the stay to lower burden on laundry. Breakfast was average quality

Don’t ever book in this hotel, it listed as 4 stars can’t even provide a microwave oven to warm up food. It got a grand piano in the foyer. The male staff so rude, told me not talk loudly as I am hard of hearing, not disabled friendly . It still redecorating and the balcony leaking of water. It doing a fire sale via Expedia . It not a friendly hotel, all they want is your money . The radiator in the bathroom not working. Stereotyping receptionist

We had such an amazing time at Diplomat hotel with tasty breakfast and easy access to the beach. Swimming poll was also great.

Nice location but dated property. Had a great time and great meal. Lovely crisp white sheets.

Says parking but very limited. We do have a massive campervan though so its not thier fault but dont expect your camper to be parked for less that 33 euro per 24 hours in paid parking on the front. Hotel breakfast was absolutely perfect and the staff are super friendly. Right near everything and great restaurants around!

-The front desk staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome -The property had a great lobby with a bar, pool table and grand piano however the bar wasn’t really open or it was staffed by the front desk. Would have been nice to have some entertainment at night -I was sent a link in advance to register, so check in was easy. -The staff working in the breakfast area were very friendly and made our mornings very pleasant -Highly recommend that you contact the property in advance to secure parking especially in the high season not just in the notes to hotel in the link they send you. -Rooms are dated and need of minor repairs/renovations, but we accepted that and read reviews prior to booking… The view of the beach and location far outweighed the smaller rooms. -there was a market store to stock up on snacks and drinks right behind hotel -The pool was ok, we got chairs on all days we went. Go early in the day as the late afternoon sun is blocked by the buildings -They should renovate the pool area and add a jacuzzi tub, we didn’t use the spa services on this trip - AC was working great all hotels we stayed at in Italy seem to regulate them to 19c as tve lowest setting -They hotel had handicap access in the front of the facility, which was pleasing -Overall it was a great place to stay for 5 days

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con aspettative normali, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata decisamente negativa sotto diversi aspetti. Già prima dell’arrivo avevo contattato la struttura per avere informazioni sul parcheggio, dato che nella descrizione viene indicato come disponibile. Non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Una volta arrivati, ho parcheggiato e mi è stato detto che i posti andavano prenotati e ci è stato chiesto di spostare l’auto e, cosa abbastanza spiacevole, nel giro di pochissimo tempo mi è stato già lasciato un avviso sul parabrezza che intimava di rimuoverla. La camera presentava diversi problemi: il riscaldamento era eccessivo e non regolabile. Abbiamo provato sia a spegnerlo che ad aprire la finestra, ma senza risultati. In reception abbiamo anche sentito altri ospiti lamentarsi della stessa situazione. La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: bagno sporco, presenza di formiche e una bustina di detergente intimo già aperta (quindi chiaramente degli ospiti precedenti, cosa inaccettabile). Anche il letto non era in condizioni adeguate, con copriletto sporco e lenzuola macchiate. Inoltre, avevo richiesto una camera doppia, ma mi sono ritrovata con una stanza con letto matrimoniale e letti a castello, soluzione piuttosto insolita e non richiesta. Infine, al momento del check-out, alla domanda “tutto bene?” ho risposto in modo chiaramente perplesso, ma la reazione è stata un frettoloso “benissimo, buona giornata”, senza alcun interesse, non torneremo assolutamente qui
