Lovely location. Air conditioning was pretty non existent. The front desk tried resetting it but not didn't seem to do much. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. One further issue - the Expedia entry suggests use of a gym nearby, this actually refers to an outdoor gym/set of equipment on the beach.

Not worth it. Loud area with a base sound and somebody singing till 10pm. Air con poorly working in an extremely hot weather. Staffs are nice though. But facility is probably one of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Very convenient for a short visit in Rimini

The breakfast buffet provided a variety of warm and cold foods and the serving staff was friendly and really good. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly, especially, Benedetta. The location was excellent: close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. On the downside was the nightly noise and the parking which we didn't know we had to pay for which was quite costly, $25Cdn, per day. Use of free bicycles was a very nice touch. In sum, the property and staff made for a pleasant experience.

Wifi signal was too low to be used in my room. Also the internet was very slow when connected to the wifi. Their wifi and internet need to be updated. Also the refrigerator was not working in my room. Regarding the breakfast, there was either no or little vegetable, while there were so many options or bread and cakes. It needs a better balance. Free bicycle was good. Overall, this hotel is a 3 star hotel although they claim 4 star. I would not stay here again if go to Rimini in the future. There are so many hotels in the same area.

Great location with very friendly staff

The hotel is located close to the beach and close to the lively bars. It provides lots of extras in the bathroom. Friendly staff and good food.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is a bit more shabby than I expected but some rooms have been redone - some have not. I’d definitely request a renovated room. Breakfast and dinner were both high quality and recommended.

Elegant villa with charme (outside). Walkable and close to the beaches

The wifi was unpredictable everywhere in the hotel. The breakfast buffet is ok but serves exactly the same food every morning - very boring. As a non-meat eater I would prefer the cheese and ham to be separated. The cheese tastes like salami. Some guests need reminding that smoking at the edge of the pool can be quite disgusting for the non-smokers and it is really not done to 'park' towels on loungers and then leave for hours at a time. The late breakfast is a great idea, especially with teenagers. Perhaps some basic English lessons would be beneficial for the restaurant staff. The front office staff all speak good English as does one of the bar staff. The cleaning staff are very good. The free bikes is an excellent addition and the location is great for restaurants, beach, transport, old town etc

Very nice stay last minute. Great location near the beach. Breakfast outside was lovely. Pool area was nice too. Would stay again.

Generally good, but WiFi was poor.

For the first two nights we had one room that was not renovated yet. It was nice and good, but the bed wasn’t so comfortable. They used two twin mattresses to create a double bed. The last two nights we were upgraded to a newly renovated bedroom that was absolutely beautiful. Note: the6 upgraded us without asking, which was a nice surprise.

Located in a central area of the Rimini Riviera. Close to the beach and to many restaurants. The hotel was beautifully renovated. First two nights we received a basic but comfortable room. The last two nights we were upgraded - without requesting it - to a lovely renovated room and it was great. Hotel staff helped with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pool out of order, first room I was offered had a view of a wall. Second room much nicer with a balcony, but no light in bathroom and air con didn’t work (it came on but did not cool). They are also going through repainting making the place look very unfinished inside. Staff very nice and breakfast was basic but good quality.

Sadly our room wasn't available the first night so they put us up in a hotel next door 3*, which this hotel was 4*. They offered us a free meal to compensate. Though the meal was very good travelling with a baby and toddler, the meal didn't compensate the inconvenience caused after travelling for 8 hours. We couldn't unpack and had to then check in to this hotel (we were meant to be in the following day). That said the rest of the stay was good. The bathroom was a little dated. Pool and staff were lovely. We had a triple room to cater for the children. Only problem was there was no lift so every time we went to the room (only one flight of stairs) myself and wife had to carry our child in the pushchair whilst holding the other toddlers hand. Wifi poor and intermittent. These are the negatives. The breakfast was really good one of the better continentals I've ever had for 4*. All other aspects of the stay were good.

We we disappointed with the hotel which was supposed to be a 4 star but really is only a 3 star. We had paid for an upgrade but asked to be moved to a normal room because of an irritating noise. The safe is really tiny and I had to stand on the bed to get to it. The breakfast lacked variety, probably OK if you lived on cake and pastries, but fruit, bread, yogurts, jams lacked variety. Staff were variable - some were willing or able but rarely both. The restaurant in the morning really needs a someone senior in charge - the young staff need a bit of training and were a bit rushed at busy times. The hotel really needs a good manager who who knows what customer service is. At no time during our stay did we get an impression that there was anyone in charge. Head office needs send in a mystery shopper!
