Room was good nothing extravagant just a good basic room. Only issue was the shower door did not shut well and always let water out on the floor. Other than that , it is a good location as we could walk to any spot of interest.

Great hotel centrally located in the old part of town close to restaurants, cafes, shops and all main attractions. Staff is wonderful and the facilities are excellent.

The breakfast was versatile and amazing. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We arrived by train and therefore did not use a car.

Location and staff are great. Especially Maria who was running breakfast. Only downside was we were trapped in the area unable to get a taxi due to a marathon. Not the properties fault but check before staying.

It’s nice when the gentleman at the front desks remembers you and knows your room number. Nice to have an elevator and be so close to the main square

Speedy and friendly check-in, but provided a room with two single beds, when a queen bed was originally requested and confirmed before the stay. Very dangerous shower door (a disaster waiting to happen if it smashes, as it’s very very brittle), and a slippery bathroom floor. Ac and ventilation were both poor. Shower gel completely used in room. Room was very no frills and dark.

It is NOT easy to park at this hotel. But the guys are super helpful. The area is amazing. The staff is amazing. This hotel is definitely a must come again!

Franco at reception was marvelous. He got me early check in and showed me on the map all the places to go.

Safe was too small to place a laptop or commuter inside. This would be a great addition. Also, an additional wall hook in the bath room to hang used towels.

Location was great, I really liked this city and this hotel. They both exceeded my expectations. Great recommendation, the city and the hotel. I hope to come back

This hotel is in an excellent central location on a quiet street. Very very nice staff. It’s a bit dated and a bit old fashioned but comfy and the breakfast was decent and had variety of pastries, cereal, fruit, cheese and a couple of hot options. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to cafes and shops and restaurants.
