Family of four adults staying in one room. It is an older hotel and you have to drive past a depressed area, but the staff was nice, the room adequate and dinner and the breakfast was good.

The staff was fantastic. From the person at check in who worked hard to get it done easily after a long day. The wait staff all spectacular. Best Roberto and Francisco anything we needed we got and then some. Made the stay great. Five star service at a discount style hotel.

we had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel is comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly (keeping the restaurant open a little later than usual for us on our first nigh; organising a taxi to Ortigia). The pool was good too. The breakfast was OK, although the coffee was poor. The room was spacious but the shower water went all over the bathroom floor which was annoying. The hotel is outside Syracuse but still well located for key attractions.

Camera spaziosa e pulita, dintorni silenziosi, personale molto attento agli ospiti, gentile e cordiale, colazione a buffet con molte opzioni abbondanti, puntuali.

Camere pulite personale cortese, accogliente e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, ristorante ottimo colazione abbondante e varia. Piscina pulita. La Spa non usufruita, ma sicuramente ottima.

Buon giorno abbiamo trovato la struttura sporca lenzuola più il frigo rotto tutta la notte acqua calda abbiamo comprato delle cose nostre da bere ma con il frigo rotto abbia l bevuto tutto caldo.

Personale cortese, ottimo ristorante, ottima pulizia, condizioni dell'arredamento e dei sanitari buoni. Unico neo(e últimamente è già successo altre volte ) che su hotel. com prenotiamo una camera con balcone ed invece ci ritroviamo solo finestra:per gli esercenti la colpa è di hotel.com che da in prenotazioni sul suo sito camere con servizi inesistenti nella realtà rispetto allo standard prenotato. Purtroppo notiamo in questo 2024 un peggioramento offerto da hotel.com

Tutto ok perfetto, unica pecca insetti dentro la piscina.

Soggiorno gradevole, specie nei mesi estivi perché provvisto di piscina e spa. Servizio cortese e gentile. La struttura, credo degli anni 70, necessiterebbe di qualche intervento manutentivo.

Hotel bien équipé, dans un quartier calme à 15 mn du centre ... avec une voiture! Restaurant de l’hôtel est d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix ; avec une qualité de service vraiment au dessus . Le personnel est très serviable et ils font tous l'effort de parler français ( plus que rare en Sicile !!)

L’hôtel disponible de son propre parking et est situé dans une zone d'activité. Pour se déplacer la voiture est indispensable. La piscine est agréable, pour la chambre nous avons eu une des seules sans volet. La personne de l’accueil a été très agréable et de très bon conseil.

Hotel privo di frigo bar con una temperatura di oltre 38 gradi centigradi. Ritengo che per un 4 stelle debba essere fondamentale

ottimo soggiorno,personale gentile,camere pulite ottima colazione e ottima la pizza,unico difettuccio la doccia era un po' scomoda.comunque ritornero' molto volentieri.
