DO NOT STAY HERE!! When I picked my room online and when I got a confirmation email a much higher quality of room was shown compared to the room I was given. I was mislead and when I brought this to managements attention they only offered to refund my reservation, in July, during a Jubillee year. I would not have been able to get another hotel and the rude receptionist told me I should have booked the higher quality room if I wanted it… EVEN THOUGH I DID!!! They clearly SCAM people to staying here. Also, this is not a hotel. A person bought several apartments and made it into a “hotel.” The neighbors in the building do not close the elevator and you consistently have to walk to the 6th floor with 3 flights of stairs between each floor. It especially never works at night. I could not have been more displeased with my stay.

It’s a cute hotel in a great location. If you are looking for the big chain features like breakfast, 24 hour reception, etc… it is not your place. If you want a no frills but nice and clean location at a great price and amazing local this is your place.

Hotel PABA did not let us down. It was the perfect location to be so close to restaurants, the Colosseum and Roman Forum, only a 15 min walk to Trevi, and so many other sights. It also has easy access to Termini Station. The room had amazing AC, was clean, and the bed had a comfortable mattress. I will be back the next time I’m in Rome. Thanks for an amazing stay.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed there twice and it is an excellent location for restaurants and sightseeing without a car. Highly recommend

Nice, clean and very central. The rooms are luminous and quiet. The picture has no connection to the rooms: no balcony and on a large commercial street.

The staff were very helpful. Showers are amazing. The entrance and navigating the building is confusing.

This reservation was booked less than 24 hours before we needed it due to realize mid flight we booked the wrong date (overnight travel.involved) for our initial hotel. Hotel Paba was centrally.located, had good A/C was very clean and nice bathroom.amenities. it was a short but quiet stay overnight- they really came in clutch for us!

The hotel is very well located, close to the Coliseum, the Roman forum and Piazza di Venezia. You can do most of Rome on foot from the hotel. The rooms are very clean, bathrooms are new. The staff is very welcoming, polite, and accommodating. I really appreciated that part of the stay. My first room which I was told is the cheapest and also turns out to be right next to the hotel’s entrance was very noisy because of its location and poor door insulation, the mattress was very thin so I could feel all the springs. But as soon as I told the staff about these two issues they did everything they could to remedy to them and made my stay much better. The second room I was given was infinitely better. The staff can keep luggages at the reception when clients need to checkout but still want to enjoy the city before their flight. They can also call taxis for the clients. Overall I recommend this hotel!

Wonderful boutique hotel with newly furnished rooms. Perfect location to walk to virtually all the important old city sites in Rome. Close to bus and Metro stations. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Three blocks from the Roman forum and then the Colosseum. Loved our stay!

Decent place however tight, really tight. If you just want a place to put your stuff while you spend time exploring then you’re golden. Not the type of place you can hang out for a bit without feeling like being confined. Good for a night or two but that’s about it. Room is clean and looks updated so that makes up for feeling like you’re locked in a room for the night .

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Paba. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to questions and requests, including needing more pillows. The air conditioner was hugely appreciated with temperatures hitting 31 degrees and the huge flatscreen tv. Beds were firm but we all slept very well. Thank you

I would stay again! This property was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The shower was large and open with warming/drying rack in the bathroom. We used this after we washed out a few items and they were dry the next morning. There were other guest but we only heard the doors open or close, no other noise. Our window opened to the street below which was fun to use for people watching. It let in fresh air and white noise if needed. When window was closed you couldn’t hear any of it which was nice. They had a nice little area with water and a coffee machine for guest to use as well. The property has an elevator; you will learn to love her. We named her Alice. Super helpful staff. They messaged about 12 hrs ahead with pertinent info on our stay. Lisa was also able to share info on the best way to get from the metro station to the hotel. ( Just use Uber. Also Lime scooters available for buzzing around the city. Thank me later.) Hope this short and sweet review helped as we are off to the next city. Highly recommended! Ciao!
