The staff at this hotel were all so friendly. They were extremely helpful and welcoming and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was great, location was great and the pool area was good too after a hot day exploring. Would definitely recommend

Just had 10 fabulous nights here. the staff were so friendly. Apartment was clean and spacious for a family of 4. Pool area lovely never too busy always anle to get sun lounger regardless of time of day. when we checked in we git some dining recommendations one of which became a firm favourite during stay. apartments were close to centre but ar enough away not to be noisy at night. couldnt fault it at all. would recommend and definitely stay again id going back.

Fantastic appartment, bedrooms really good size, everything you would need was supplied. Location was good just a short walk down to the lake. People at appartment were friendly and really helpful. Would definately stay here again if I returned to Lake Garda.

Fantastic apartment with a lovely spacious balcony overlooking the lake. The apartment was extremely clean, as well as all communal areas. Breakfast was tasty and replenished often. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Convenient location - in a quiet area but not too far from the main town, and within walking distance of the train station. I loved my stay here and would definitely return.

Great property in a great location in-between train station and the lake. Had everything you need for a comfortable stay but a little old fashioned and pool is un heated.already planning a Secand stay

Studio room met our needs. Finishings are maybe a little dated but everything was clean and in working order. Pool area was adequate with beds always available.Quiet location yet in very easy reach of town centre and numerous nice restaurants. We would definitely return.

Property is a little dated but very well taken care of. Clean and comfy. Parking was a plus with enough room to maneuver with a small SUV. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good as well, a buffet with many options.

Fantastic location close to Lake Garda seafront and restaurants with grocery store just 5 mins away. Bikes for rent on site through deposit only. Whole range of choice for breakfast in lovely quiet setting. Staff friendly and helpful, had early train to catch and they produced a breakfast box of food the night before at no extra cost. Nice clean pool on site never an issue with sunbeds which were always available. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

The property is well situated for the port and the railway station. It was clean and spacious, but not very well soundproofed. Also, the room was not cleaned during our stay, despite us staying for 9 nights.

It is a residence style hotel with kitchenettes etc We err expecting a traditional room and services. However the room was clean and well appointed.

A spacious apartment well situated with a 5 minute walk to the station and to shops, restaurants and Desenzano del Garda lake front. Friendly staff, really nice breakfast, excellent pool area.

Fabulous stay. Staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly with lots of great advice on things to do and see. We stayed 12 days, went to the opera in Verona, sightseeing in Mantua, Lazise, Bardolino and the thermal spa in Sirmione.

Outstanding attention to detail. Everything was clean and tidy, good communication and help from staff. Excellent location.

The apartment was very nice, spacious and well set out with lots of cupboard space and a well-equipped kitchen. However the mattresses were very hard. I requested a mattress topper and was given one which did help. The pool areas had lots of sunbeds although the pool was rather cold and small. The location was excellent - a ten minute walk from the train station (although we did have to cope with a strike day) and a 5 minute walk into a very nice town.

Great Hotel, 5 minutes walk into Desenzano, where there are plenty of shops and cafes to while away the hours. We were upgraded to an apartment with a kitchen and lounge which was great, everything you needed. Free parking offered. The pool was fabulous especially after a hot day seeing the sights. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
