Horrible ! I was freezing all night in april. No warm. In one night i had a neighboor who was snooring and i was feeling like it's in the bed with me, thin walls. I had a blanket full of hair in first night. The breakfast - ham, cheese and some croissants. Ham and cheese verry thin also. It is well located and just that. Sheets was clean.

The location of this hotel is excellent and very convenient, which was the main positive aspect of our stay. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained and not properly cleaned, with visible signs of wear and neglect. Basic housekeeping standards were not met, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, customer service was virtually nonexistent—staff were unhelpful and difficult to reach when issues were raised. Overall, the great location is not enough to make up for the lack of cleanliness, room quality, and service.

Generally ok if you’re not expecting much. Rooms were a bit worse for wear and they could do with some better doors but the air conditioning works well enough. There is no lift for the upper two floors which isn’t a big deal to me but could be inconvenient for those with mobility issues. Breakfast buffet is very barebones but admittedly there isn’t a surcharge for the breakfast. The people on reception are hit and miss, some are polite and others are very dismissive.

This is a complete disaster. There are ants in the room. There is mold in the shower room, cockroaches live in the kitchen where breakfast is (I didn’t have time to take a photo, because I was not ready). There are traces of rain on the walls in the corridor. The manager(introduced himself as the administrator of this hotel) is absolutely uncommunicative and to all complaints he answers that you can leave if you want. Pros: There were clean towels and there was disposable soap and shampoo. The second employee was very polite and courteous. The presence of air conditioning in the room (old), close to the metro. I will never stay in this hostel again in my life, considering that it was not the cheapest option.

The hotel is far from perfect, but we had a pleasant stay. Yes, the furniture and interior is old and a bit worn down, but everything was nice and clean, they would clean the rooms every single day. The staff was very friendly. Rooms had air conditioning, which was very great in the summer heat. The breakfast was simple, but good, just don't expect that much variety. What's best about the hotel is probably its location. Metro is about five minutes of walking away, there is a nice park right next to it and there a shops and restaurants nearby. We honestly had a pleasant experience, personally I think that people who give bad review probably had too big expectations before coming to the hotel.
