The hotel’s location is very good, and the breakfast was excellent. The morning view was truly one of the best parts of the stay—absolutely beautiful. However, the hotel itself is very old and clearly needs renovation. It’s fine if you’re staying for just one night, but if you’re expecting a modern or updated hotel, be prepared for an older property.

Good sized rooms for families. Breakfast is great with lots of options. Hotel is clean and has basic amenities.

The hotel is advertising on expedia that it has hot-tub, partially thats why we chose this property. In the end lobby desk advised there is no such thing on the premises. Expedia should look into it as its false advertising.

Good location

Opposite a beach, which is ok but not the best beach, a long way out of Genoa city. Property needs some work, floors squeaked and were dirty. Parking was good. Breakfast offerings were ok, cold selection, no hot food. One good thing was coffee made to order. Not much interaction with staff. Looks grand from the front but inside it feels like it’s due a renovation. Large bedroom size.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits et avons bien apprécié notre séjour. Coup de cœur pour l’accès à la plage et le petit déjeuner. Excellent service et personnel de l’hôtel super sympathique. L’hôtel fut jadis sûrement magnifique mais a besoin d’une petite mise à jour.

I liked this hotel, staff were helpful, location is good, close to many restaurants, the airport and grants good access to Genoa. However, what is apparent after closer inspection is that it has seen better days. The rooms are large and bedding is clean but the carpets are rundown, old, the air conditioning is weak, and the flooring has holes in it… at least in our room. The staff do what they can but the property needs an overhaul. I would stay again but don’t come expecting a three star experience.

Very convenient hotel, close to Genoa and various beaches. Great position for dining and has private parking. The hotel is in an amazing building but the rooms need renovation, bathrooms are especially outdated. The staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast is a nice plus with fresh pastries and focaccia! Second time stay, I’ll probably come back again.

The size of the room was great, and it was very comfortable! Also, we loved the view from our room, of the water, as well as the convenience of the beach! Also, the hotel breakfast was great! We definitely plan to come back to this hotel! Further, the restaurant right outside of the hotel served great food, had reasonable prices, and was very convenient for us!

Our stay was great & staff was very helpful!

Easy enough to find but on a very noisy, busy road. Clean but basic room & bathroom but somewhat dated. Restaurant was fine with dinner served on the terrace but as mentioned it was noisy. Breakfast was very good. My half Italian wife took exception to being identified as 'foreigners' by staff not aware she could speak Italian.
