I stayed at their facility two different times. The first time was in room number one which was much better than room number 10. Bathroom was very small in room number 10.. The rooms do have air-conditioning, which is a great plus when it was warm. The rooms were clean just not very big. The outside of the place can use some TLC. Good location

Cigarette smoke poured into our bathroom window the first night. Traffic noise kept us up all three nights. Sewer smell all night on the third night. Not the best experience.

Had a wonderful stay. Water in shower varied greatly in temperature on one setting. Sometimes getting a little too hot. Overall, we were very satisfied, and Luke was especially helpful.

Quiet, comfortable, kind of hated the self check in and passcode to access building and room, just felt very impersonal

Butler's Townhouse Hotel is located in a very nice area. Access to transportation to get to the city centre and key tourist sites is very nearby. There are some very good restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute walk. The Aviva stadium is less than 10 minutes away. We were given a room on the lower level that had ground floor access because my husband was recovering from pneumonia. This was very helpful and most appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Rooms came equipped with a kettle, tea and coffee and there is a fridge and a microwave in the shared lounge if you want to heat a quick meal. Unfortunately there is no restaurant or breakfast onsite. Avoca Fodder and Butler's Café are nearby. There is a lot of onsite security, eg CCTV, and we felt very secure at all times. Thank you Butler's for a very comfortable stay.

We rented several rooms for two nights in early May. There was a little confusion about the rooms, but Lucas answered my call had everything straightened out for me. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The downstairs sitting room served as a meeting place for all of us. We walked to many places from this location.Highly recommend.

Butlers townhouse is a short walk away from EVERYTHING! Traveled with extended family and we each had our own rooms which made it easy and it still felt homey.

Great location! Beautiful room. Luke is extremely helpful and very prompt in answering emails. The Dart is nearby at the Aviva stadium. The bus lines are close too! We took a bus from the airport. All within walking distance, there is a Centra, Avoca and Butlers Chocolate for a quick bite. A little further down the road Crowes Pub and a fantastic Italian restaurant. Walk in the other direction and two more places to eat. One gets very crowded.

Lovely location and hotel, staff very helpful and kind. Close to airport transfer stop, bus stops, train station and walking distance to some nice pubs. My only critique would be that our ‘superior double’ room was actually just 2 twin beds pushed together. But comfy nonetheless.

Great stay, close to a station so easy transport into the city centre. Staff were brilliant, allowed us to leave luggage when we arrived early. Room was clean however was one beer can that had been left behind a bed. Decor is quite outdated. Beds were comfy.

Clean room, small bedroom, bathroom, and sitting room is what you get. 15 minutes from Temp;e bar area, across the street from the arena. Food near by and a great spa Eden One with pools, hot tub, gym and massages for purchase. There was staff in the first floor lounge and he got us a cab and gave us his number if we needed anything. He was super helpful.

Stayed for 3 nights, superb stay and fantastic location. Within spitting distance of the metro station and a few bus stops, so super easy to travel around. Few pubs, restaurants and shops close by. The staff were very accommodating and I’d be more than happy to stay here again in the future

Easy to find, tho difficult to get parked as we were there for an international rugby match. Nearest car park a good 15 minutes walk away. Normally, I suspect you'd get parked on the metered street. Wonderful welcome from Luke who showed me to our room while the other half found the local carpark! Luke gave me lots of informative about the local amenities which we wanted to visit before and after the match, and in the morning for breakfast. The room itself was lovely. Very quiet, clean, perfect temperature and a wonderful 4 poster bed. Everything we needed was in the room but if we'd wanted the use of a coffee maker or microwave , those were in the living room. Luke made sure to say goodbye as we left in the morning. Will definitely be back.

Room was good but the check-in process in particular was seamless. I was dubious about the unmanned check-in but everything worked perfectly.
