The room was clean. Staff very helpful. Location is excellent very close to center & to two metro stations. The one downside was kettle was not provided inside the guest rooms.

I was impressed with how clean this hostal was. Our bathroom was sparkling and we'd have our rooms made every day. The location is incredibly good too! We walked pretty much everywhere.

La ubicación del hotel es espectacular! A 1 cuadra de Gran Vía. 10 min del Retiro. El cuarto doble era pequeño pero impecable, las camas muy cómodas. Nos limpiaron y cambiaron las toallas a diario. Él personal muy muy amable 10/10

The room is kinda small, but okay for 3. Not enough space when we spread out our luggage. Our room was an accessible room, the bathroom is very big, but there's always too much water spread all over the bathroom after we take a shower. The 3 of us only have 1 room key, it's actually a key (not a card), which is rare for us. Just 1 mirror in the bathroom, not convenient for girls who need to do makeup. The elevator is small and slow, but at least it can function well; it has to stop at the reception floor even though we didn't press the floor every time, which we didn't like.

Quite clean

This hostel is good with 24 hours front desk and check-in service, which not all hostels offer this. And the luggage storage service is a bonus. Bed is comfortable, room and individual bathroom is clean. Although the room rate is not cheap, as Madrid room rates are getting higher, this still a choice if we cannot get a proper hotel room. In fact, it is better than some of the HOTEL I used to stay in Madrid. There has no kettle, fridge in the room. No kettle from reception too. If someone need hot water only can get some from the coffee machine at reception level. Room is quiet. Prime location with 1 minute walk to supermarket. I am happy to recommend Hostel San Lorenzo to other travelers.

My sister and I had an incredible stay at Leonardo Hotel San Sebastián. The hotel is absolutely impeccable — spotless, elegant, and perfectly located. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was so kind, warm, and always willing to help with a smile. We especially want to highlight the young woman at the front desk during the day — she was absolutely wonderful. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. She went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and special. Thank you, Leonardo Hotel team, for such a beautiful experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Good

We loved our stay! Excellent location right in the heart of Madrid. Easy walk to all of the main attractions and excellent dining options. The staff are friendly and professional with a 24/7 desk. We don’t speak Spainish but all of the staff were fluent in English and gracious about our inability. The rooms are sufficient for a comfortable stay. But a lack of AC or a fan made nights a bit too warm. Overall recommended and we would stay again in the future.
