The staff goes out of their way to accommodate guests. The Buckingham Bar is a delightful spot to end your day.

Excellent location to walk Paris. Most European rooms are small, but this hotel offered adjoining rooms, which also meant two bathrooms. We had plenty of space as well as a free breakfast each morning to start our day. I typically stay with Marriott, but they were unable to accommodate all five of us, so we chose the Etats. It was a great choice!

Lovely small hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Easy walking distance from everything.

Walking distance to many sites. We have been walking without taking any metro. Breakfast was delicious with order-to-make pancakes and eggs. Staff were friendly and helpful. What a good place to stay!

Great location and staff were friendly. Our room was really nice with good air conditioning. Nice to have a coffee machine and free mineral water as well.

We loved this hotel. It was cozy and located in a quiet area. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and housekeeping did a superb job. We will definitely return but maybe try a bigger room next time.

Well located, 5 minute walk to the Metro. 15 minute walk to the Louvre. Plenty of shops, bars & restaurants on your doorstep. Very clean and tidy. Staff were excellent to deal with. Would recommend

The room we stayed for a week was good; clean, well equipped. The staff was pleasant but not quite knowledgeable and proactive about tourist information. They appeared to expect Do It Yourself attitude from guests.

Hôtel location, service and breakfast was great! I was very pleased with our stay and especially the staff who made us feel very welcomed! The elevator was tiny but that’s to be expected in an older building. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel.

Was a small boutique hotel with lots of charm. The room was very clean good housekeeping and roomy for city Center Paris hotel. We were very comfortable-2 adults. Very good water pressure and lots of hot water. Quieter street and heard no street noise when large windows were closed.staff very friendly and spoke very good English. Would stay again without hesitation.
