We were in Paris to obtain emergency passports so we picked a hotel close to the US EMBASSY. This hotel was wonderful. Comfortable bed, huge bath sheet towels. Great location. I highly recommend

Stayed in the hotel for two nights. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The hotel has the smallest elevator I have ever seen. It can only held two people. The room is as described, very small. I had to use the space accordingly. But it is a four star hotel anyway.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. As someone who was working remotely on the trip, it would have been nice for there to have been a desk in the room.

Clean room, nice and cosy, staff very nice, air con working perfectly, great and fresh breakfast...though it would have needed a bit of repleshniment as some patries were not available. On the whole, great place to stay very close to the Champs Elysées.

Beautiful, clean property. We were in the middle of a heat wave and the air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately, they did need to limit the AC on my final night.

The staff was amazing and helpful. Had a wonderful stay.

It was clean and air conditioned. Elevator is very small. Breakfast is not free but seems reasonably priced (we never tried it). Nespresso machine in the rooms too! Would be nice if there was milk or cream for it.

Last minute availability for my daughter. She felt very safe and looked after by the staff. Great, safe location.

Lovely stay

Carpet had stains. Bedsheets had tears. Glassware was not washed everyday. Air conditioning did not work the first night. Despite alerting the concierge right after checking in, the system was not repaired until the next day. Impossible to sleep with the window open as the room faced a noisy street. No complementary service offered (not even extra water) to make up for the malfunctioning air conditioning.

Hotel is 2 blocks off the Champs d'Elysees and conveniently located along 2 metro stops, making it super easy to get around. The area is filled with charming restaurants and cafes as well as a grocery store. The elevator is quite small but a fun experience. We made use of both the den area and the lounge/eating area on the 1st floor. Staff were kind and helpful and took good care of us during a power outage that hit the entire area, presumably due to the heat wave. Despite a couple of hiccups, it was a great stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Yes, the room was clean. The staff was very kind and friendly. Air conditioning worked well. Shower was great. The power outlet in the bathroom was loose and the hair dryer would not stay plugged in. Even with that very small issue it still is now my favorite hotel in Paris.

Staff were extremely friendly, room was lovely and a very nice size. Location was perfect and felt very safe. A really lovely hotel, would definitely recommend!

The hotel was amazing! Great location, good service and amenities. The metro stop was a tiny walk away. So many things around and very safe. Highly recommended if you’re coming to paris!!
