This is a nice location with a small grocery store next door and numerous dining options and metro stations within short walking distances. There is also an included breakfast with coffee/tea, juices, baguette, croissants, fruit, cereals and yogurt daily. Our room was air conditioned with a large newly updated bathroom.

The location was great, being right by the Montparnasse train station. The room was great, comfy bed, and the continental breakfast was really good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We chose this hotel as it was a 3 minute walk to Montparnasse tgv station. So easy to get there in the morning to catch an early train. Despite being a Friday night and close to lots of bars and restaurants, we found it quiet and comfortable. Quite a small room and tiny 1 person elevator but this is fairly normal in Paris and easy to accomodate

The staff were great, narrow hallways and I had to duck to get into our room. The breakfast was ok.

Hotel was conveniently located near the train station. Rooms are very small, I would not recommend if you have more than one person and one piece of luggage.

Only stayed one night but the room was excellent. It was clean and updated . I didn’t get a chance to explore the area but I would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at the Arcadie Montparnasse over New Years Eve. Cant speak highly enough about the staff on reception. They were all really helpful and very friendly. Room was great. We had no issues with it at all, very clean and was perfect for what we needed. We only had breakfast on the first morning, as we left early on both other days to beat the queues at Notre Dame and the Louvre. But the breakfast was wonderful, and it set us up perfectly for the day ahead. Excellent little hotel. Is perfectly located to nearby trains which connect you to any part of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfy beds, old building but renovated with some wear and tier, very close to metro station

It's a great place to stay, but the walls don’t have soundproofing. So, if you are not into sharing and being part of someone else's conversation with your neighbors, maybe it's not for you. But besides the sound the staff is fantastic, and they are very attention to their customers

The rooms are not as shown. Very very small.

Nothing like the pictures, smelled weird. Got an airbnb and they still charged me the night.

Small but very comfortable property. Away from the city center but not too far. Small elevator can be an issue for anyone claustrophobic. Staff is very friendly and willing to help.
