The room and property were very nice, the shower was a little small and had a weird curtain covered item in the wall opposite the shower head and water control wall. Not sure what it was but gave off a weird vibe. Other than that the hotel was clean, a bit small but nice.

The front desk team was amazing! Each one was extremely helpful in all our request. Marcos went above and beyond in helping us. I would definitely stay here again. Location is great!

Excellent location. Easy to get to and from. Staff helpful. Nice breakfast. Small issue with Aircon that had a mind of its own but it wasn’t boiling outside so less of an issue.

Great hotel in a super convenient part of town. Is close to the FGC trains and the metro. Quick access to both Gràcia and L’Eixample! Room was spacious and clean. I have no complaints, would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is located near the centre of everything in Barcelona or near transit. The staff was friendly, professional, polite and very helpful every time we had questions. We had a triple room (3 twin beds) with limited space for luggage. The washroom was clean, well kept and included toiletries. Very happy with my stay. The only issue was the AC, wouldn’t cool beyond 20C so on very hot days it felt insufficient.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Same for housekeeping and service folks. I will stay here again.

Clean room

The staff were extremely helpful when asking for help. Centrally located and easy to find. Highly recommend this hotel, beautiful!

Very enjoyable staff operating under some tough conditions during my arrival which coincided with a local protest march which took place directly outside the property!

The room was not clean, had hair in the shower and on the shower head, lots of grime. Room itself was outdated. The lobby is nice and clean.

Great location and friendly staff

We got 2 rooms, one with the street view which was good but the 2nd room was in the back of the building and with NO view at all. We could not even open the window.

Clean room

The 1st room we were assigned had a toilet that faced the front of the bidet. There was so little room between them that while on the toilet you also straddled the bidet. Also, the left closet door was falling off. The HVAC in the 2nd room didn't work. Thankfully the window opened. But there was no screen and someone could easily enter our room off the flat roof. The shower was great. The safe didn't work.
