Nice room everyone was excellent

Good clean and modern rooms. Location is excellent. Literally around the corner from Earls Court tube and area around in Earls has a nice independent bars and restaurants. Would definitely use again.

I paid for an executive suite as a Christmas present my daughter, room 109. It was very disappointing to have a view of drain pipes and the sound of flushing toilets from other rooms. There was also a dripping sound from the bathroom constantly which kept us awake all night. We were then woken at 8am by housekeeping hoovering outside the door. I told reception on our checking out and he thanked me for letting them know and said he would send maintenance. He never apologized. It was a very disappointing experience and I would like an apology.

very safe location and walkable

Stayed at this hotel 3 times now. We like the convenient location the staff have always been lovely. It’s not the ritz but it’s clean and tidy and modern do the price you pay! This time however I was disappointed, we always just book a standard double room and they’ve always been lovely. This time we decided to book a “deluxe” double for a little bit extra and honestly it was worse than the “standard” rooms. We were in a ground floor room at the back of the hotel, with a view of someone else’s room. The room was tiny. The only thing that was deluxe was the size of the bathroom as it had a bath instead of just a stand alone shower. In honesty paying extra for the “deluxe” room was a mistake. The bedside table was hanging off the wall, the room was so small there was nowhere to put your bags/luggage so we were just tripping over everything. Not sure I would book here again after this disappointing trip.

Excellent, professional, friendly and helpful staff

Rooms are very small. Could not get 2 suitcases in room without having to move them into bathroom at night and then work around to use bathroom.. Good location clise to EatlCourt station . Adequate but note for two people with bags. 50/50 if I would stay there again and definitely only if travelling alone.

Nice place to stay a lot of restaurant options around and a huge plus the train station is just 5 minutes away. Staff is very nice and accommodating. We will be back for sure.

I stayed for 6 nights in the deluxe single room. As expected, the room was small but had all the essentials and was very clean. I especially loved the bathroom for its large shower and heated floors. Housekeeping came every day, cleaned the room, and replaced towels and toiletries. It was also conveniently located 2-3 minute walk from Earls Court Underground station. I will definitely recommend and stay here again for my future London travels.

Absolutely fantastic hotel for the money. We actually couldn’t believe it! Rooms are perfect, very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The shower is extremely powerful which made it was hard coming back to my old house in South Devon with sub-par water pressure! We were room-only so can’t comment on the breakfast but with the standard of everything else I’m sure it would be lovely. We will be back ant this hotel again when we next need to come to London!

The check-in staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. The room was spotless and bath amenities were generous; bathroom is a bit small, however, the heated floors compensated for the limited space. The hotel is centrally located and is near the Earl's Court Tube (train station) There are several small shops, cafe's, bars and restaurants in the area, as well as currency exchange. Be sure to check the exchange rate online because not everyone offered the same rate. The offerings were as low as £54 and as high as £74 for $100 U.S. Overall, the hotel and area are great!
