Charming. Great staff. They make a good drink. Comfy beds. We were street side and noise level was low. Lots of restaurants near by.

Great location. Did not like the smoke and noise seeping in from the smoke - cofee shop located on the back street.

The hotel decor is absolutely beautiful. The staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to many of what Amsterdam has to offer.

Excellent location. Our elevator was also service elevator. Dirty and always occupied in morning. After 12 nights, staff made no effort to get to know us . Very impersonal.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff.

We upgraded to a canal view room which was still a rather cozy space. It was designed to maximize that space and create a beautifully decorated elegant retreat. We watched the canal from 3 quaint windows that fully opened. The king bed was very comfortable. The shower was a great size with 2 rain shower sprays. There was even an iron plus board which I always appreciate. Two elevators are available in this lovely old building as well as common sitting areas, a library and free coffee,tea,lemonade and snacks throughout the day.We enjoyed a free drink at the bar but did not have breakfast. The staff service is traditional. We were escorted to our room and given a tour of its offerings. All staff were very helpful. Our room and all other areas were very clean. The location was great. Next time we are in Amsterdam we will stay here again.

It was a beautiful property but unfortunately we were put in room 109 which is above a neighboring bar and pot cafe that played deep base music almost continuously but i thought the first night it was just a neighboring guest... but by the third night of 3 they finally moved us to a better room for our last night which was appreciated but apparently the staff knew there was issues with our room with noise and didn't do anything until i finally pushed that this was unacceptable... so needless to say i wasn't thrilled with this... so if you stay... do not put up with noise the way i unfortunately did...😐

Lovely eclectic comfortable hotel. This was our 2nd stay there. We would definitely return.

The hotel staff were amazing. Always helpful and pleasant. Housekeeping excellent at additional requests. Room are on the small side. Good hotel for a few days. But longer there is limited hanging space and places to unpack. Rooms are quiet. Nice touch to have coffee/tea cookies in the lobby 24/7. Convient location. Would stay here again but not for 7 days.

This is a gorgeous property in a great location. The common areas and room were decorated beautifully with a lot of thoughtful details. The gym was small but did the job. It was very convenient to be able to bathe our toddler in the jacuzzi tub and the breakfast was high quality.

The hotel decor was stunning. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of free extras from drinks and snacks in the lobby/bar area to lots of lovely L'Occitane products in your room. About a 15/20 min walk from Central station but worth it

This was our second stay at Hotel Estheréa and it is the only place we want to stay in Amsterdam! From the moment we entered the lobby, we remembered why we loved HE so much!The hotel is beautiful, elegant and exquisite! The staff is professional and friendly! And the candies, beverages, pastries and snacks that are available all day, are a nice touch! The location is perfect to visit Amsterdam by foot or on public transportation. We cannot say enough about this gem!

This hotel is spectacular! Gorgeous rooms, amazing staff and location is perfect!

The rooms are lovely but the carpets in the guest rooms need to be updated. I also did not like the fact that a reservation had to be made for breakfast.

Was a great stay! Hotel is super cute, staff is very friendly, food and service were excellent. Only issue was the lifts reeked of cigarette smoke— we never smelled smoke in the rooms or lobby but had to hold our breath every time we went in the elevator
