The Hotel Estherea's location is ideal for visiting Amsterdam. We loved our room and enjoyed the welcome at the bar/breakfast room. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming and we can't wait to return to this hotel when we next visit Amsterdam.

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel overlooking the canal. Located in a wonderful part of Amsterdam. Staff are so helpful and kind. Beautiful rooms and bar. Excellent breakfast. Will be back again this summer to stay.

The staff were so pleasant to deal with and the room was exquisite - very comfortable and loads of charming details. Location was also excellent - easy to walk or take public transport everywhere. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Ambiance was amazing

The rooms and hallways carry a bit of an unpleasant smell. It’s a beautiful building, but I do not plan to book again.

Thoughtfully designed rooms, great location, nicely appointed coffee bar with treats throughout the day in the lobby (plus some very cute cats). Make sure to stop in at the bar to get a drink -- the cocktails are fantastic.

Everything was excellent during our short stay. The room was fantastic, having an underground garage to park our car (for a fee) was a plus, the free coffee and biscuits hit the spot, and the staff was phenomenal. The resident cats were also very welcoming and friendly!

We had a lovely stay here from Saturday to Wednesday! We had a canal view room with lots of windows to watch the water go by, it was a nice size with a great bath/shower. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only issue we noted was rooms were often cleaned later in the day, on one occasion we arrived back to the room around 2:30/3pm and it had not been cleaned yet and we were getting ready the for an early dinner so room couldn’t be cleaned that day which was disappointing. Otherwise and overall a good location and nice hotel!

This charming and beautiful hotel is located within walking distance to a lot of sites. The staff is very friendly and the room had an excellent mattress and pillows. Coffee and tea drinks are offered 24/7 which was helpful early in the morning. Plus the plates of cookies were nice too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
