The staff was very friendly throughout our stay in Paris. This was also a great location and close to the Opera house. A few reviews mentioned something about the hair dryer but ours was perfect. The room itself was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also very large. Very different from my previous experience at a different hotel. The pillows were a little mismatched (square pillows but rectangular pillow case but the cleanliness of the room still trumps everything! It was a little odd that we had to give our room key back to the front desk whenever leaving but I wasn’t worried about our things.

Convenient location to train station.

Room is very clean and spacious! The value of price vs what you get is awesome and staff are very friendly as well! Small super market, breakdast cafe, restaurant, trainstation and subway station all few min away by walk.

Big bathroom, changed towels daily. Unfortunately the hotel does not answer emails.

Great location!! The hotel is average, good bathroom and room. You have to leave your key every time you leave and the safe is with a normal key?! Not sure how safe that is but overall was decent

Great location! L’Ouest is right by the St. Lazard train/subway station with many bus lines as well. It is at a walkable location to the Concord, not far from Park Monceau. It is comparable to our Comfort/Hampton Inn. There is breakfast if you want but with plenty of bakeries nearby and a Starbucks next door, I’m not sure you should go for it.

We really appreciate the value of this hotel. Its location is super helpful to get around. And it is at a walkable location to many good sightseeing destinations.

Amazing hotel and the staff. The women at reception were so helpful and kind. She explained everything well. the hotel itself was very safe, clean, and quite spacious considering its location in the main Paris.

Felt dirty but I’m American. cringy bed sheets. Bathroom door wouldn’t close bc the nightstand was in the way. Loud construction somewhere in the mornings. Only one water given per stay. SUPER TINY!!! I got deluxe room and I was still mad

Perfect location in central Paris, with great transportation nearby, and many of the major tourist sites within short Metro ride. The hotel was clean with updated rooms. Due to central Paris location the surrounding area is busy.

The hotel was good, but be aware there is not parking on site. Very friendly service, I would not stayed there if I knew that is no parking, as I was driving there. Good location as well. To be fair I would stay there again in the future.

Stayed for 3 nights. We were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi bathtub. The stuff was really nice and the location spot on for our stay. Would love to stay again
