The staff were fantastic, the room had everything I needed, it was comfortable, good location, nice area and metro nearby.

I would recommend. Nice clean little hotel. Room was fine.. Everything i would expect from a 2 star. The location is good... Place de Italy is a good area with some nice restaurants.. You are very close to the metro and velib. There are supermarkets and bakeries very close by. The rooms ARE very protected from traffic noise but if you are late Sleeper take ear plugs because the lift goes up and down as other guests come and go

Warm welcome on arrival. Smallest lift i've ever been in! But it worked. Small room with small toilet and shower room. But nothing missing. Comfy bed. Great area to eat out and very accessible via metro.

Handy location to metro & restaurants nearby. Less tourists . Les Alpes was recommended by a friend - good value & didn’t disappoint

The room was clean and the temperature just right. The bed was comfortable. The tv worked fine. The shower was efficient. However the bathroom comprising a w.c., basin and shower was very small and felt cramped. The towels and loo rolls were not of very good quality.

For its claims as a 2* then this meets the bill. There are no doubt bigger rooms than ours and smaller ones. We were on the top, 6th, floor which meant we had good views (not much to see, really) and were well away from the street noise. As an old hotel which has been converted to en-suite rooms, the shower and toilet/sink (in separate cubicles) are small but, unless you are very large, everything is fine. The shower had good pressure and temperature. One thing to keep in mind about the top floor is that the lift only goes to the preceding floor so if your mobility is challenged the best avoid. Breakfast at 6+ euros is ok - you get a chunk of artisanale bagette and a plain and chocolate croissant, and a glass of orange juice. Coffee/tea etc as you would expect. There is also muesli and yogurt. The surrounding area is well-served for places to eat - across the street is a breton creperie with full menus of savoury and sweet - absolutely recommend. Also a garage across the road with a small supermarket. The obvious metro to use is Place d'Italie but the next down the line, Nationale, is easier to use and far less busy, with one flight of stairs, that Italie. Wifi was OK but you're asked to log out between uses to help with the bandwidth. We chose this hotel as an easy metro ride to Gare Montparnasse. (By the way, if you have luggage Denfert-Rochereau is a nightmare of stairs.)

Simple 2-star hotel so I didn't expect much. The room was fairly spacious with very basic furniture but comfortable and clean. Shower and toilet were the separate rooms and really tiny. My room was facing the main street hence a bit noisy. No A/C, good WiFi, 24/7 reception, very close to metro station.

Very nice little hotel, at a good location. Perfect for budget travellers. It gives you all the basic comfort at a very affordable price, especially for Paris. Room cleanliness was great. Bathroom kinda small, but very clean.

The staff are wonderful, friendly, speak English. The rooms are small but the location is excellent making this ideal for a budget break to Paris. It took us about 30 minutes to walk into the centre, there are also good bus and metro links. I would stay again.

This is a compact hotel that provides basic necessities, an at an affordable price. I was looking for a place to sleep after a long day of exploring Paris, an this was just right. no complaints whatsoever.

Easily accessible little hotel with all your basic needs covered.

Clean, cozy and good priced room. Only issue was that heating was not turned on and it was also not done when we requested the manager. Otherwise good value for money and nearby metro has good connectivity to airport and railway stations.

My experience of the hotel is that it's very straightforward and is very easy to find. Overall, it offers a variety of electrical appliances for example an electrical fan. The walls are extremely thin therefore there is a rule where after 10pm there must be silence within the hotel.
