The hotel is an excellent location, the neighborhood is filled with different restaurants and super convenient for going to any part of the city. We booked for the location over the actual rooms. The hotel is under some renovation until April 2026, so our balcony room was covered and there were workers during the day. I do wish the rooms were a little nicer, the carpets seem really dirty but the staff and the overall experience was wonderful. The showers were hot and water pressure was great, just some small details could be cleaner or refreshed. There is an elevator for those on the higher floors and again, the staff are super nice.

Great location. Near key metro stops. Cozy neighborhood with many small theaters an outdoor market and restaurants as well as residential amenities. Attentive staff that take great pride in this historic hotel. Good quality renovations bring the place into this century.

Very clean room and friendly staff always smiling and welcoming. Wish there was a small kettle in the room for the colder season so easy to make a tea in the room or just drink warmer water. Other than that excellent stay!

The location is great with so many cafes and restaurants nearby. Metros # 4 and 6 are also within walking distance. We stayed for 4 nights and felt safe the whole time even when we got back late to the hotel. Staff is very nice and they helped me print out the train ticket to another city. We got a standard room and the size is ok but our bed is small for me and my daughter. The room and bathroom are clean though, so we feel comfortable. With the great location and cleanliness, we will stay again at Hotel Odessa when we get a chance to come back to Paris.

Lovely stay. Clean, with wonderfully clean sheets, bathroom was separate to toilet and had a super relaxing bath with great shower pressure and hot water. The receptionist Nicolas, is also an artist and will paint your portrait if you like. Lovely man, and made our stay very pleasant. The area is packed full of creperies and brasseries and bars and cafes. Great, great area! We will definitely be coming back to stay again. Close to Metro but tbh, if you have good weather, it's nice to walk everywhere. Hotel Odessa is a hidden gem.

The area was really pretty we had a nice balcony the room was a perfect base and we had a lovely time in Paris! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, but small rooms. Convenient to metro and close to restaurants and shops. Can be noisy at night with people talking late hours and vehicles / construction that seem to start very early in the day. Not sure if I would stay again, but overall it was nice

Perfect little hotel in the artsy area of Montparnasse. I had the family room that was 2 adults and 2 kids. The room is very small but extremely clean. It was perfect for us because we were out most of the day. Only thing missing for us was a little fridge. It was well located. 30-40 min walks to tourist attractions but many trains available within blocks that took your the attractions 15-20 min.

Méteo (1 min) and Gare Montparnasse (less than 10 minutes) are so close which can get you almost anywhere quickly. Neighbourhood is lively but not noisy. Would stay again out of convenience.

Hotel was perfect. The staff is truly amazing and the rooms were clean and modern. Would recommend.

Very pleasant stay. Room was small but perfect for me travelling solo. Had everything I needed. Balcony was lovely! Staff at reception were so friendly and kindly let me keep my bags there after checkout. Area is quiet, a little further from the main tourist sites. Probably too far to go on foot, but very close to the metro and regional train station. My only negative was that it was a little pricey but I guess that’s Paris for you!

I feel special and look after with help with special needs; good breakfast delivered to room on time and for me, another part of Paris to explore with good tips from the comcierge. Will definitely stay here again.

Right in the heart of hustling and bustling city of Montparnasse. The vibe was wonderful. Hotel room was clean and tidy. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Excellent value for families with kids (we had a family room and it was perfect for the 4 of us). Very near the metro stations, walkable to lots of sights and attractions.

Staff was great. I was able to leave my luggage with them early in the morning and then on check out day leave it again in storage until late in the evening. Room was very small but if you go to Paris you are not going to spend your day inside the room, so that didn’t bother me. Only complain is the bathroom shower is really really small. The area is GREAT! Right in front of the train station to the Eifel Tower and vicinity. Bonus is that it has a lift so you don’t need to carry your luggage upstairs. Restaurants around were great too. I would stay here again.
