It's a very efficient accommodation for business purposes. Narrow stairs are the only small issue. Right on the corner, there's a bar and eatery that open from 8 AM till late. I took a walk around the area and it feels safe and has lots of small shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. There's a Metro station to go to the main Paris attraction just across the road. Walking 15 minutes to Eiffel Tower.
