Didn't get to stay at the hotel as they advised me I needed to confirm booking prior to reaching the hotel but only advised this once I arrived at the hotel. I had messaged the property 3/4 days prior to my reservation on Expedia but had no response. They advised they had a system error so there was no way of me knowing without them contacting me about this which they did not do. They also tried to take payment prior to the reservation date even though I opted for the pay at property option. Also they advised me that my card had failed when they attempted to take the payment that they should not of took. (I had ordered a new card due to freud on my account). They cancelled my reservation without informing myself and gave it to another customer. Absolutely poor service and 0 effort to rectify their wrong doing.

Cute boutique hotel, next to metro and bus lines, restaurants all at your doorstep. Staff is amazing, helpful, and kind. Rooms very clean, smells nice.

The hotel staff, the rooms, amenities are perfectly as described and listed. They clean the room everyday, there is a common space and microwave that you can use. I recommend this place for a short stay. The hotel is a minutes walk from the subways and 20 min from Arc de Triomphe The lift is very small but helps with taking the luggage. The room itself is a bit small so the shower might be a bit congested for tall people.

Nice hotel, with an elevator from first floor so to tvere you must climb some stairs abd for old people or disabled is not very suitabbe. But thanlocation is great. Metro, bus and RER are one minute away. Some great restaurants and cafes are near. And supermarkets. The room is clean, the bath too but needs some improvement. Room was relatevly quet.

The room very small. The elevator can hold only two persons. They have breakfat options. Very difficult to take the baggages up and down.

This hotel is underrated in my opinion. I came a couple hours early hoping to just leave my suitcase so I could walk around. Check-in desk was manned by Vilder who said no problem leaving my suit case. Then he checked with housekeeping who said my room was actually ready so Vilder signed me in. An excellent welcoming host with good English and very professional. Room was as in the pics and was very clean. Everything worked. Good hot water in the shower. Good free WIFi. There was some noise from neighbours but not bad enough to affect my stay. Really good location with many restaurants around. I did not have the breakfast. I would definitely use this hotel again.

This hotel is clean and safe! The staff demeanor is very professional. The only challange is space. It is small and the check-in area is on the second floor. Otherwise I recommend this hotel.

Lift is very small, rooms extremely small, toilet is minuscule. I feel this hotel is for hobbits

Stated air conditioning and soundproof walls, not true and now electrical power for 2 evenings till morning

The entrance is on the first floor, not on the base floor, the elevator is quite small, but there are not that many floors. It was comfortable. Worth noting that the water heater needs time to warm up, I had to ask about it.
