We loved the balcony and the view from the room. It was very comfortable. We would love to go again.

Simple but clean room. Staff were not so friendly but neither were rude. So it's a ok experience. Ideal to people that does not spend much time at the hotel and prefers to explore the city. Located in a quiet and peaceful area. 15, 20 minutes to the center by metro.

Good value, excellent location and friendly and helpful staff.

When you arrive in front of the hotel, it looks run down, but the bedrooms are remodeled, the mattresses excellent, the bathroom with the perfect water pressure and even bathtubs! I had two issues during my stay: the over the sink light blew up, and a person of the night staff overcharged me an extra person because he didn't get the right transmission from the day staff. They tried immediately to fix the light, but it was more than only the neon, so it had to wait until Monday (not an issue as there were ceiling lights). And after three epic failed attempts to refund my cc for the overcharge, the co-owner decided to give me cash back instead, and even comped the city taxes for the trouble! Plus we laughed a lot. All good. I had a room at the back, quiet. Definitely an address to remember.

Loved the staff. They were all so cool and helpful. Helped me with my French too. Being close to a subway station (Jourdain) was great. Everything was smooth, and I’d definitely return.

Elevator is very small, can just get two people in it, Hotel close to Metro. Enjoyed the stay at hotel.

There was no wifi for entire duration of five days. There was no effort to repair/rectify wifi.

no A/C, far from Paris attractions- but if you can navigate the Metro etc, you'll have no problems... there was a great Italian restaurant on the block behind the Hotel ! & Hotel was clean ( one of the cleanest bathrooms on my trip ) and there was an elevator ,although very small in size.......

This hotel is literally 3 steps from the metro, it has a decent breakfast. The location is pretty good; walking distance to Père Lachaise Cemetery and Parc des Buttes Chaumont. It's nothing fancy but it's definitely good value for the money

This hotel is perfect for your stay in Paris. Although the rooms are small, the service is friendly, the neighborhood is great and there is a lot to see. And the prices can't be beat.

Rooms were a bit uncomfortable, but great location.

The price is great, the location by the church is lovely, there are stores nearby, and nice cafes... and it's right next to the metro!

I was very happy with my stay. I found the hotel's location was very close to the metro. I will hopfully stay again when I am in Paris.

Nice room. Bigger than the last time I stayed. Clean. Everthing worked. Nice church & plaza in front of my julliet balcony windows:) Easy walk to everything I needed.

Very friendly staffs who speak English quite well. Nice bar and great Japanese restaurant beside. Not a great neighborhood but good to travel the city by subway. Overally very good to stay.

Excellent location in front of Metro and with lots of shops/cafes nearby. Street noise not the problem feared. Furnishing minimal. Tiny elevator and a few stairs, but at least it HAS an elevator. Very helpful staff. Not cheap for what it is but no cheap hotels in Paris.

This hotel was great! Every morning there was breakfast for 7.50€ (and it was big and filling in a buffet style). The neighbourhood is safe and right by the metro (1 minute walk)- this was the most important point for me, because I was travelling alone. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful if you have any questions. I've done a lot of research about all the hotels around Paris and online it was said that this one is good. So I went with it, and I had such a great trip. Good and hot shower is in the room also. There are groceries stores all over, as well as a bakery. Look no further, this is a good pick, to get right to all the museums (Louvre, Orsay etc) it takes 15 minutes via metro.

This hotel is not the smartest or most modern, but if you are looking for a good value for money hotel in this area it's spot on. The room was clean, it had a safe and free wifi.....perfect!!
