Good location with things to do around and nice neighborhood. Friendly staff. Besides that the rooms are tiny for the price, there's no storage or anything for luggage, no duvet but a blanket which had not been washed and was quite disgusting. It had a couple of stickers on it from previous people. But the worst thing by far was the noise. Noisy bars underneath with people shouting till after 12. And then guests who stomped up the stairs till after 1am and you can hear everything through the walls. This was the most annoying thing, you can hear people showering and flushing the toilet.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good suggestions for nearby restaurants. Reasonable price for Paris not far from popular sights. Room cleaned daily, recently renovated.

Great location, very convenient as it is close to the metro and multiple grocers/restaurants. Only thing I would advise about is that there is no lift, other than that cute and quaint!

It was so cold in the room. Tv didn’t work and central heating didn’t work. There is no fridge in the room And no elevator. My room was on 6 floor. The stuff was very nice . But I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel for 100$ per night .

A bargain hotel in an excellent location. No Air-con, but very close to Metro links and very hood cafes and restaurants. We were on the 5th floor, and there's no lift (or fire escape!) so its not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. But it was clean and had a kettle for tea at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Perfect!

Staff were friendly, room was clean and location was excellent (lots of bars around Ménilmontant, and close to stations for exploring central Paris). Don’t expect the Ritz, but great value for the price.

Our family room was on the 6th floor with NO LIFT, friendly staff allowed the baby buggy to be left at reception. Family rooms have No Cots available. Location is good, 5 min walk to Metro, Lidl and other food shops nearby, also reasonable priced cafes and bars nearby. Room was clean and decent price, stair case a bit tired and lots of steps. Would stop here again if no small children.

The room was clean and the bathroom relatively modern. The room was really small, but that was to be expected in that part of Paris (if you want a larger room for that price, you will probably need to book something further out of town). There is no elevator, the staircase is small, and some of the steps are uneven. Luckily I was only on the fourth floor, as I think there are six floors. The walls were a little thin. The WiFi worked, but was quite slow. Can't comment on the breakfast, because I never had it - there are plenty of places nearby where you can eat. The hotel is in a good location, in a not too busy area, but near several metro stations and within walking distance (for me) of most of the main tourist attractions. The staff were friendly, and there was always someone at the desk to receive/return your room key.

The place is nice and clean. I asked when I booked the room that I get a first floor as my 81 year old mother was with me. There is no elevator and we had a room on the 3 floor. They were nice enough and moved us to the 2nd floor the next day.Still this was not easy for my mother to climb. I clearly specified I want first floor if there is no elevator. Rooms are clean but have no fridge and safe. The rooms and bathrooms are very tiny you can barely move. If this is all you want/need this is the place to stay. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Location is not bad, close the train and bus.

The room is pretty small and you have to take your luggage without help from staff and without escalator. The room could have provided some more amenities but it is quite clean to be honest. The location is good near metro and supermarket and boulongier. Its not bad overall.

The hotel rooms are very small, mattress guarantees your back hurt in the morning. Bathroom was also tiny, no soap/shampoo provided. Shower stand: If you drop your soap, you will have hard time picking it up. The hotel has no aircon, no elevator and we were put on 6th floor (+ Ground floor). Breakfast was bad, coffee tastes like dishwashing water. Croissant wasnot fresh. Area is ok, not central but close to Metro station. We were disappointed and do not recommend this hotel.

Pathetic experience, rude staff. They gave us a tiny room on 6th floor with no elevator service. When told that my wife has back pain and can't climb that much they ridiculed and didn't allow room change.

Awful staff service, room was not sound proof, cleaner only came once on the first day and don't provide clean towels, carpet ripped up at 7am on Sunday morning with no prior warning, not a 24 hour reception - had to wait outside for 15 minutes for someone to answer the door.
