Arrived and gave my name, woman at desk just looked at me then turned and had a conversation with another woman for a few minutes, very rude. Then she told us it would be 10 minutes until room ready even though it was well after check in time. When she called us over she told us our room was absolutely fine but we couldn't get on the balcony as there was work being carried out . Workmen were right on the balcony so left blinds shut. Then my daughter found a rucksack in the cupboard and when I went to look I realised there was a mens clothing (a full set... boxers, socks, shorts, tshirt) folded on the top shelf. I went down to reception and she tried to tell me it was their bag of cleaning stuff but when I explained about the clothes she sent someone up. They took the stuff away but no explanation. Reception guaranteed me no one would be showing up with a key to get into the room but I was worried all night someone would. Room was very basic and the bathroom cramped and very basic. Bed was clean and comfortable though. Breakfast was somes buns or cereal served in a little area beside reception and it was pretty awful. Was fine for us for one night to go to Napoli game but I wouldnt go for any longer and I wont personally be returning! It was cheap so I suppose apart from the mans clothes in our room it was acceptable for the money... just!

Great little hotel near the stadium in Naples. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was in a great location, 5 minute walk to stadium or train stop. You could stay here and get out of the bustle of downtown Naples and easily access downtown through public transportation. Good little breakfast. Overall great stay and would recommend!

The hotel is suitably located if you are participating to some congress at Mostra d'Oltremare, but otherwise it is not in a very scenic part of town. Room was comfortable and clean but breakfast was simple and repetitive. There are plenty of restaurants in the surroundings though.

The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was good value for money and very close to a Metro station. I would stay there again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here, you really can't beat the price, especially for the service. Breakfast is basic but good, and they have an attendant who will respond to your requests and make your coffee. I loved the fresh squeezed blood orange juice.

On the whole the experience was pleasant. Satisfied with the hotel.

Very helpful staff, great location on via Toledo. Great view from terrace. Excellent air conditioning. Bring comfy earplugs because Naples is festively noisy. Very nice walk down via Toledo, no autos allowed on this street, walk to the sea and get a great view Mt Vesuvious. Lots of street music and outdoor cafés.

Anche se la camera era di medie dimensioni il soggiorno è stato abbastanza confortevole nelle poche ore di frequenza.anche per l'isolamento dal traffico cittadino intenso e rumoroso

Det var inte alls rent i rummet, handukar eller kylskåpet. Lokalen av hotellet var inte alls bra. Det bästa var personalen, väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma vilket underlättade den tråkiga känslan för hotellet.

Ma estafia, banheiro muito pequeno, e péssimo pequeno almoço!!!

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Struttura non recente e, a tratti, bisognosa di riparazioni, ma fornita del necessario. Semplice colazione inclusa.
