The room was very clean and the AC worked great. The hotel had an elevator, a very small one but it was useful for having a room on the fifth floor. It was a little hard to locate the hotel but the location is perfect. You’re within walking distance to the train station, shopping, restaurant, old city, and the beach. They also offer free to borrow umbrellas and beach towel if you plan on going to a public beach. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The room was not the most aesthetically pleasing and had a very strange layout, and there were not many amenities in the room like a fridge. However, the location was nice - close to many restaurants and La Plage des Sablettes.

Staff was very helpful and the room was great. Central to all of Nice Id definitely stay here again!

Very small room ok hotel

Great location and it’s why we choose this hotel. Very close to tram so it was very easy to get from airport by tram. Room is small but clean, good shower. You can drop your bags if you are early but should be during their hours or no one is there. Elevator is small, one person with the bag only but it’s ok. Staff will s very helpful and nice. Overall hotel is good and I would stay again.

Nice location. Room was clean and compact and suited our needs. Loved our little terrace. Baggage storage available before and after check in/out. Doesn’t have 24hr reception.

I really enjoyed my stay. The Room was lovely and then I’ve also got access to the balcony which was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing.

Great location - close to tram to/from Airport, beach, shopping and plenty of bars and restaurants. We stayed a night but they let us leave our luggage. Room was on the small side but had everything we needed for a one night stay. Would recommend for a short break.

A fantastic choice for staying in nice on a budget. The rooms themselves are comfortable, with a cozy bed and nice en suite bathroom. Rooms also come with safes to keep valuables secure. The staff are very helpful, whether it’s arranging a taxi on your behalf, providing beach towels, or storing your luggage on your final day after checking out so you can explore the city one last time without needing to carry your luggage around. The hotel itself is located next to the Durandy tram stop, which provides an easy means of getting to and from the airport, as well as the very beautiful port Lympia. Additionally, the hotel is located close to the beach itself

Great room

Felt a bit like a hostel with the garbage and recycling in the hallway. This had also attracted fruit flies and somehow mosquetos, which kept making there way into our room even without opening the window. This didn't seem to be a new problem either since there were several dead/squished mosquitoes on the walls and up very high. This alone was very off-putting, and the doors had marks around the handles from people's dirty hands that I feel like would make a big difference if it was properly cleaned. Staff was nice, location is great but the bugs would make me not stay again.

Great place for one night in Nice. Perfect location for getting around. Old Nice 10-15 minute walk away. Tram stop for the airport 5 minutes away. The room was fine for one. It was clean but a bathroom type smell was coming from somewhere. The door to the hallway lets in a lot of light which bothered me ( might not annoy everyone). Not much in the way of amenities but kettle provided on request. Unfortunately I came back to find that whoever had brought the kettle left my room door open! But it didn't seem like anyone had taken advantage. Good for a brief convenient stay. Staff lovely.
