Clean, some rooms can be tight. If a/c is needed you have to inquire at the front desk for a remote. Pleasant gentleman at the desk.

Clean nice sized rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. They made our stay enjoyable

So happy to have this lovely room in the heart of Lyon. Just steps away from wonderful food and shopping. Everyone is so kind and helpful here and we feel safe!.

By any means may it be considered a 4 star hotel. it would do a very good 2 star, but at 4 star and price it is outrageous

great place, helpfull staff my only complaint is staying here made me fat (too close to too many good eateries)
