Location is convenient near everything and staff at check-in was friendly. Wi-fi in the room does not work

The hotel is in the perfect spot, it is in the center of everything, within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. This hotel is right across from yhe ocean so the views from the rooms are amazing. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Th breakfast buffet was great and there was a largevariety of fruits, vegetables, eggs and many many more options, I have dietary restrictions and always had lots of different foods to choose from. The rooms are simple but very clean. Overall a great hotel, I had a wonderful time during my stay and would highly recommend it.

Great central location. The balcony was super and I enjoyed the view. I also really liked the hotel pool area, it had a nice tropical feel.

Needs to be updated, rooms and hotel in general. Area was our favorite though.

Great stay - the location was fantastic as was the view. Only complaint was the wifi, but that’s not a big deal!

Excellent location on front, nice view of the ocean . Staff very helpful and friendly, as I had to keep rebooking due to family emergency. Rooms a good size. Breakfast buffet good selection.

Best location in town, extraordinary buffet, parking is an issue, always found safe street parking on lower calle Luis Rodriguez Figueroa , 10 min (steep) walk away to avoid 35eur daily pirramideis parking fee

The view from my room was absolutly fantastic. the staff are always freindly and helpful. Possibly one of the best value for money hotels in Puerto de la Cruz.

Good hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Location was good and everything was on a walking distance. Only negative thing was a noice which was due the busy street next to the hotel.

There were many activities provided if interested. The pool area was nice and the balcony views were beautiful!

Overal it was ok; unfortunate the staff did few mistakes and we didn’t get the room on time, beverages are not free - even water !
