The hotel is 10 to 15 min from downtown granada. The rooms are ok. The staff is friendly. It is best for someone that has a car.

Great location on the outskirts of town.

The hotel is very old with not good conditions. It is very noisy from the other rooms and corridors, hotel pictures shown on website or booking site is totally different from the real condition. Room is not equipped with basic amenities like kettle.

Great place to stay in Granada as long as you're driving a car

I would not recommend this place. They advertise free parking but it is limited and in a not so safe area. They have covered parking but with a surcharge. Place is old and moldy. The smell of dust and mold in the rooms coming out of the air vents is horrible. Breakfast is impossible to eat. Fruit, ham and bread is stale and old.

The location is not great. They charge for parking but there is plenty of parking on the street.

On bus line so access into the city. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Responsive staff.

We stayed here at the end of a 10 day journey around Spain, always staying on hotels through Hotels.com and always finding good hotels at good prices. This hotel is rated 4 star and costs the same as the magnificent Parador at Cordoba. Therefore we were hugely disappointed to find this place. Very ordinary rooms, very shabby surroundings, view from the room of a garage next door. Food in cafe drab, waiting staff very rushed and so poor service. Don't be fooled by the 4 star rating. it is 2 and a half at best. Too expensive for what you get.

Very nice, staff were very helpful. Shame it was a bus drive away but other than that great. Would Defo go back again!

In a pinch, this hotel us fine for a overnight sleep only hotel.

We had hired a car and found this hotel with little difficulty, it's well signposted from the main road and we had no problem getting parked outside the hotel. We were welcomed and checked in with no bother as the reception staff spoke some English and we had some useful Spanish words &phrases. Our room was in the attached 'new building', it was really clean, spacious and quiet, the bathroom had the usual (hairdryer, towels, shampoo, soap etc), was lovely and bright and had plenty of hot water. Any request we had was met with courtesy and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a couple of beers in the cafe and some lovely tapas (which were free as in most parts of Granada). We used this hotel as a stopover as we had planned to spend the following day in and around Granada and were travelling on from there. I would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling by car.

Nos ha gustado. Hay un bus que te lleva al centro y las instalaciones y desayuno están bien.

El hotel es correcto, un poco alejado del centro, es necesario el coche. Fácil aparcamiento.

el buffet malo , simplon y escaso. En las habitaciones se oye todo ...el pasillo, el de al lado , cada vez que alguna puerta se cerraba te sobresaltabas..

Hotel funcional, bastante alejado del centro de Granada. Las habitaciones están mal insonorizadas y se oye mucho cuando hacen la limpieza por las mañanas.

Séjour correct pour une nuit. Nous avions une chambre pour 4 personnes, avec un escalier. Pas pratique pourceux qui dorment en bas, lorsqu'on sait que la salle de bain et les toilettes se trouvent à l'étage. Piscine fermée. Petit déjeuner ok, sans plus.
