Great location but don’t drive here as v difficult to find although very near cathedral and great for evenings. Staff great and hotel v clean .. does what it says ..

Location was amazing. In the middle between historic sites, restaurants, shopping, and at the same time quiet hotel where you don’t hear outside noises. Roberto, in the front desk was the most courteous and helpful person. Always willing to help you as much as he could.

Great service from Fernando and Miguel in the Front Desk. Something we didn't like is not having towels available when we checked in our room.

This is in the heart of the central district in Granada. A few bus stops away from the main train station. Very convenient. Lots of food options. Staff helpful. Just don't try to drive there - not worth nerve wreck negotiating those little alleys.

I would definitely stay at Hotel Sacromonte again. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The front desk was personable and helpful. WiFi connectivity was excellent.

This is a great hotel right in Centro just a couple of blocks from several plazas with lots of bars and restaurants, and easy walking to all the major sights. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful

The hotel was well situated and close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, big and comfortable. Staff were excellent Toilet and bidet worked fine but we’re quite old Nighttime noise from work truck at 2:30 am and peoples in morning at 7:30 am talking loudly and finally, the worst tv remote I’ve ever tried to work It was useless!

Very good location near many restaurants, cafes, shops. The customer service was very good. Nice to deal with all 3 front desk employees.

You get what you pay for but it def had everything I needed: good location(it wasn't even good, it was excellent!), clean room, and friendly staff!
