The hotel Is very outdated, staff was friendly that's the only positive thing. £12 extra for a pet is crazy, all other similar hotels asks max £6. Will not choose this hotel unless all the others are fully booked.

Basic. Beds were clean. Room dated. Bathroom very odd. We had a family room which had a wet room style shower. It was impossible to keep anything in the bathroom dry and it even began leaking outside the room. The shower head was positioned at a very odd angle making it very hard to shower. Towels were small and very cheap. No extra pillows in the room. The hotel had a slightly weird odour overall. The location is convenient for the motorway but no facilities nearby at all. Staff were good. Cost for the facilities and quality of the accommodation was not acceptable.

Booked at late notice for a family overnight stop on a road trip. Nothing fancy but it did the job we needed. Breakfast (paid extra) was good. Powerful shower.

Musty odor, small gnats or mosquitos in room, hot & AC never cooled, with the single window open was too loud to sleep, and very loud machine like noises coming through walls. Check-in and check-out hostesses were fine, but I had a question about apparent difference in their bill and one from Travelocity. The hostess on duty then was very condescending and rude. She told me this was France, the extra charges were a “surcharge” from Travelocity (which I knew was wrong), and to take it up with them. She then turned her back on me and walked into the restaurant! This was later resolved, no thanks to her.

This was stopover for us, family of 5 driving back to the UK from the south if France. Booked a family room, which had 3 single beds and a double. All family rooms are corner rooms - plenty if space and very clean / comfortable. The hotel bathroom is a little dated but very clean. Great shower over the bath - very powerful. Nothing around the area, so we ate in the hotel restaurant which was busy.ok food for a stopover hotel. Staff all very friendly. In all I would recommend.

Staff friendly and helpful, good place for an overnight stay.

Staff were extremely helpful. Hotel was in good repair with an excellent shower. Restaurant was good and had a good range of food @reasonable prices. A tea & coffee facility in the room was the thing I missed most as there was not any . I was disappointed!

Great family room for 5 people. Beds were clean and comfy. Only minor point no plugs near beds to charge phones.

this was one night stop on our journey, really pleasant surprise. room of good size & clean. Bed was excellent!

We were expecting it to be more basic but were pleasantly surprised by the clean and spacious room. Our toddler was able to burn off her energy running around the room and also in the pool. The pool reservation system and Covid measures were well thought-through and implemented. The restaurant downstairs was also very convenient for us with a good menu and highchair.

I am grateful for the hotel to stay open despite the awful coronavirus conditions. The room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. Well worth the stay.

Hall way and room had stale smoke smell.
