Great location right in the middle of everything. We had balcony and the view was just gorgeous!! Only downfall was the pool on the roof. It’s covered and a little like a sauna and a bit claustrophobic….but across the street is a beautiful beach, so that makes up for it.

Great location and even better staff! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I was positively surprised by their post-check-out service. They offer free luggage storage and allowed us to use the pool even after checking out, which is perfect if you have a late flight. This is very rare to find, and it made our trip so much better!

It was really amazing! Super friendly stuff, everything clean, the breakfast was delicious with the sea view. The location is perfect, in the embankment. Highly recommended.

I had a deeply disappointing experience. Due to a simple date error (I intended July 24-28, but mistakenly selected April 24-28), I reached out immediately to Expedia and the hotel on the same day. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just to adjust the booking to the correct dates, and I was willing to pay any difference. The hotel told me it had to go through Expedia, and Expedia told me that the hotel refused any changes due to their policy, even though I contacted them before the mistake dates even ended. In the end, neither side showed any flexibility, and I lost $1,170 for a simple date change request. This lack of consideration is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this experience to anyone.

Wonderful place!

No AC during this months only heater and if you have to open the windows you will hear everything from the outside trash collectors, people shouting and partying or even cars!

we enjoyed the view and thew hotel itself. The mornings were a bit loud out front with the hustle of business but that was ok. The least enjoyable mention of our stay was not based on the hotel but the Palestinian protestors that gathered. in front of the official building a 100 yds away. We didn't travel to Lloret de mar to deal with that crap. The only flag I want to see flown in Spain is their own flag. The Spanish gov and business councils need to put an end to this crap. It was way worse in Barcelona but we were sad to experience in in Lloret De Mar

Wonderful location. Beach was great. Staff’s dining recommendations were perfect. Awesome breakfast which included gluten free options.

Great accommodations, wonderful location, very safe, and wonderful staff.

The rooms are very clean, breakfast is very good and the staff are very helpful, the let down for this hotel is the swimming pool, it’s dated and with the roof closed it’s too hot.

Noisy at night. Had to open windows to let cool air in because the room was very hot at night. Would be nice to have air conditioning, but apparently it wasn’t functional yet..

Everything was exactly like it should be, clean, good food, friendly staff, great location
