Nice location. Staff was nice. The only issue is the room with no AC or plugs. When reviewing the property it appeared the property lists AC. You would assume the whole hotel has AC. Once I selected the room I should have looked closely at the AC availability. Rough night to sleep. Other than that the staff was nice and the place comfortable.

Hidden gem! Place was so beautiful with breathtaking views. Pool area was great and rooms were so nice with balconies. Breakfast was also great. Highly recommend

What a beautiful setting, slightly out of town so ideal if you have a car. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, free and onsite. Room was very comfortable, extra pillows given upon request. Room was clean and bathroom was luxury- powerful and spacious shower. Wifi in the room and a balcony to enjoy outside. Window could be left open slightly for a fresh breeze. No fridge in the room or drinking water but an abundance of towels. Breakfast was included and consisted of coffee and a selection of biscuits, jams and cakes. Lots of prepackaged stuff so great if you're with kids or going out for the day. No hesitation recommending this place!

We panned to stay only 2 nights but we had so much fun we extended one more night. Thai hotel is VERY clean beautiful hardwood flooring all over, beautiful scenery all around, rooms are VERY specious, close to city and restaurants.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with a great service staff, and is usually very clean...but, there is a very unpleasant avarice, basically there is no breakfast except for some cookies and coffee that doesn't taste good. No need for bath, shampoo and body gel. There is a harsh soap with a terrible smell from the 1950s.

Nothing 'panoramic' about this hotel....the hotel description stated a terrace which doesn't exist and we were chastised when we asked for access to it and were told by staff that we shouldn't rely on third party vendors for accurate descriptions. (I have never encountered issues with Hotels.com descriptions in the past and relied heavily on them). We were a little disappointed with the condition of the hotel.....needs some TLC and perhaps a little more thought to dust control and cleanliness. Rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing and had very limited options. They are totally eco-friendly so that's a positive so don't expect toiletries, plastic cups in the room or even a free bottle of water....everything is at your expense and prices were unreasonable....2.50Euro for a bottle of water!!! Would I recommend it....not likely unless some changes are made in the near future. It was not horrible but needs some loving.

Great place with fantastic and warm people at the front desk. I got the room where Internet was bad and immediately was transferred in upgrade room not paying any difference for that. Good placed with connection to all interesting places in the area. Don't miss this place it is worth of coming back again.

We have superior quardruple room for 2 nights. Room is spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor breakfast with a nice view from the hotel and from the room balcony. Location is great. It only takes 8 minutes to drive to Montepulciano center.

The hotel is really charming and the staff could not be more friendly. We received very good restaurant tips from the receptionist, all places were amazing. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. There was plenty of space for our luggage. There are plenty of parking spaces on site. The hotel is just a couple of minutes away from the city center, where is very easy to find easy and cheap parking. Very nice pool, great views and good breakfast.

It had an amazing view and the parking was safe and copius. It was close to Montepulciano, which was nice. I would stay again.

We did not end up staying the night here however IMPORTANT to mention that check it is not even allowed until 330pm. As in there is no one at the desk and they won’t consider an early check in so we booked a new room somewhere else. We drove from far to get there early around 11am and they wouldn’t check us in. So we had to drive around with our luggage. Also important to note it is a difficult drive to get to this hotel.

The location of the hotel is nice. It is close to Montepulciano, and the hotel property is very nice. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is decent. This hotel is good for a night or two. Be sure to bring most of your own toiletries.

Great views, had a walking path. Made great recommendations for dinner and arranged for a tour of winery. Everything we were looking for.

Beautiful site. Clean room. Front desk was courteous but didn’t inform me of the charge for breakfast and presented a grim demeanor. He needed to smile. Breakfast was the most limited I was served while touring Italy. No fresh fruit, yogurt, or cereal.

Nice view of Tuscan hills. Big shower. Easy parking. Very friendly, professional staff. Good breakfast with fresh local selection of speciality jams which was very tasty to try. Good coffee. Only suggestion is to increase the preset heating setting in winter as room was a bit cold at night.

Pros: Amazing views, very short drive to shops and restaurants. Cons: Rude staff at check in and check out, fyi the coffee & tea set out is 1 euro although no one mentioned anything about the cost before we drank it.
