The hotel looked tired but the staff were helpful

It was very centrally positioned. Great staff.

Le directuer was friendly and helpful. He spoke very good English and even helped me learn some new French words/phrases.

Great stay as usual, easy access and central location. Still too many Road works in the city.

Ma fille y a séjourné le temps de ses concours. Impossible de dormir à cause du bruit car pas isolé. Chaise cassée donc pas possible de réviser sur le bureau. Morceaux de plafond qui tombent en se douchant! Pas de couette , uniquement un drap.

Great old classic hotel - lots of character

Nothing pleasing beside the area.

Perfect location. It’s an old building with old rooms but you’re walking distance from most of Pau

The room was clean but dated..Toilet lid wouldnt say up due to system not screwed to the wall..windows wouldnt close..Bed side table needed fixing...And other small things that soon add up..Main gripe is the noise of other residents after midnight into the small hours that wasnt addressed by the staff..

Receptionist is superb. Helpful , friendly, and bilingual.

The hotel is located in the the heart of Pau, close to shops, attractions and restaurants.

Great view of the square, nicely updated room but the bathroom could use a refresh to match. Friendly and helpful staff in a great location. Parking can be tricky but overall a really good value and I would stay here again.

The location, the square in the centre of Pau is excellent. The hotel is clean and quite adequate if not outstanding, breakfast is simple but adequate. The thermostat in the room was not working, it could have been warmer but I didn't spend much time there.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the main square, 10 minutes walk from the train station, there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. They serve really good French breakfast there.

The hotel is located iverlooking central square and close to all major shops.chrap underground parking 100 metres away . Good breakfast of bread meat jam and cereal with self serve coffee for 7.90.

Excellent central location and good value for money! Facilities were functional, as expected for 2 star hotel. Small room with ensuite. We didn’t stay for breakfast.
