Reception staff were very welcoming. Room was lovely. Room service breakfast was delicious. Lovely hotel would like to return.

Perfect location, loved the balcony

El personal y en particular Gemma muy atentos y amables. La habitación está muy bonita. Desafortunadamente en nuestro cuarto de la planta baja se escuchaba mucho ruido de arriba y del pasillo. Las almohadas son de hule y un poco duras. La ubicación del hotel y su spa son excelentes. Recomendable el hotel en términos generales.

The spa is really great! It’s a very clean hotel and spa and we enjoyed its proximity to the beach.

Excellent hotel, great staff, perfect location

The hotel is beautiful and well located. We stayed in a suite and it was great! Having a large terrace was very nice!

The hotel is modern and very comfortable, the pool is amazing with all the Thalassotherapy amenities. Very good restaurant with wonderful ocean view, and the beach just a few steps away.

Awful experience do not book this hotel

I would have expected a proper coffee machine on the rooms not instant coffee . Check in lady Sarah needs to improve her customer relations .

In the COVID context, excellent stay at this hotel. Situation is perfect, very close to the beach. To be noticed, reception was surprising and room not available before 4PM. Hotel Internet access is renewed à noon (without quick access to the password), prepare a back up connection if necessary.

Spa was amazing and location. I didn’t get to have drink in the bar as went during the day and couldn’t find anyone working in the bar?

Great location, walking to anywhere in the old town was convenient. The spa was very good. The hotel is a bit dated but not so much to avoid it. Check in with Joan - not so smooth, but all other staff were excellent.

Location was excellent as was the spa area. Overall the building and rooms need updating but still comfortable and clean.

We love staying here. The thalasso is always worth the trip. A shame parking not included but if you’re willing to walk you can find free street parking. A good hotel to only use hotels.com for since trying to set something up independently is a maze of treatments and packages you don’t want. We’ll be back

Good hotel but no outside seating, sunbeds etc. Good balcony restaurant though.
