Nice stay

Fine hotel, good value, but the real star here was the breakfast, which was fantastic! Worth getting for sure, the best breakfast we had in Italy.

It was just an okay place, the bathroom had ants and the mini fridge didn't work.

An overnight en route. Convenient to the motorway, though a little hard to find. Rooms were clean and nice to breakfast by the pool. B’fast buffet was typically lots of cake, and okay rather than great. Parking lot and pet friendly :)

The rooms had comfortable mattresses, good bed linen, good shower system. We enjoyed good breakfast and lovely caring staff. We will return for sure. We stayed 3 months as extended family.

Really great staff, surprisingly spacious rooms, nice pool and fairly decent restaurant.

Good hotel for a good price

Fiano Romano is a short distance from the airport and a great stopover for a long overnight flight. The hotel was lovely, accommodation very comfortable, the restaurant accommodating and the pool inviting. We lovers our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

At check in we were given a standard room & I had booked a suite. When I said it was the wrong room & was told to go back to reception to get the key to the correct room. The ‘suite’ was simply a bedroom & bathroom, hardly a suite. When went out & looked for somewhere else to eat as the dining room was full with people off a bus, and the staff didn’t appear to be coping too well. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars, I have stayed in 3 star hotels that were far superior.

The staff were WONDERFUL. We checked in very late, and were helpfully upgraded to a larger room. In the morning, I had to catch a train to The FCO Airport, and one of the staff members made me an espresso than drove me to the station, helped me by the right ticket and directed me to the correct platform. They were all really, really lovely.

The hotel’s not attractive but the rooms are spacious and clean with nice facilities. The pool has seen better days but is clean. Food is mediocre but fine. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. It’s perfect for a stop en route.

We stayed at this hotel just to be close to the airport so that we could easily return our car rental and fly home the following day. For that purpose, this hotel was perfect. The drive to the airport was only about 40 minutes. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, and the breakfast, for just an extra 3 Euros, was great. The only downside was that the area was really not very attractive, and finding an appealing restaurant outside of the hotel was a challenge. But again, for our purposes, this was the perfect place to stay without spending a lot of money.

Good overnight stop. Friendly staff. There was a blackout for 5 hours , so couldn’t use the lifts.

High speed internet never worked! TV picture froze all the time. Coffee cups in the room very thin clear plastic while saucers were china!

Stayed for 1 night whilst in the area on business. Check in was great, super efficient and friendly. I was given a suite (room 43) which was superb, the room was clean and very comfortable. I chose to dine in the restaurant, the service was exceptional and the food delicious. I especially recommend the Tiramisu! I am sure that I will be back in the area again in the future, and wound hesitate to book again!

Not the best place to stay in Fiano Romano but it was OK.
